Nov 01,2024I came across this while checking out a different broker. I did not like the fact that HFM falsely claim on their own website that they are FCA regulated. Also on the Forex Awards platform it mistakenly says that Hotforex is FCA regulated. I have also checked the FCA for company registration and FCA confirm they are not FCA regulated. (801701)

Oct 28,2024This broker provides excellent trading services and has a responsive customer support team. However, their withdrawal process is slow and inefficient, which can be frustrating. Improving the withdrawal system would greatly enhance the overall user experience.

Oct 26,2024I only come to trustpilot when there is something fishy going on to warn the people, Today before my account had a margincall and i tried to deposit, the deposit went through from the same card that i always use. Guess What? The amount did not come in my account for 3 hours, I have screenshots speaking to Customer Support and their answer was that they escalated my request to relevant department i will post this everywhere reddit twitter and everywhere to maybe try keep retail traders from falling into the same situation because this is not okay. for the broker to hold off my money for 3 hours, we all know the reason behind this is to try to make the trader lose his money
