Placed an order for a cross trainer, which took about 10 days to arrive. Website was easy to use and pay for the item. After placing order, I read all the negative reviews, so was a little worried about what I would receive if anything! I was kept up to date with emails and also tracking details, so knew exactly when it would arrive. Assembly was a little tricky, but with common sense, we got it finished. Really pleased with finished item. Highly recommend.

I placed an order with Hifi Tower for some garden furniture. It was only after I placed my order that I read some negative reviews on here about people’s experience dealing with this company, but I have to say my experience with Hifi Tower has been first class! I received my order within the delivery time-frame of 8 to 10 working days. When my order arrived there was a small bit of damage done to the leg of the Gergen table. I contacted Hifi Tower by email and received a reply back within 24 hours plus I received a credit for the damage. The garden furniture I ordered is of very good quality and I’ve had loads of people ask me already where I bought it from. I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone and will definitely purchase from them again.

i ordered a power rack from Hifi tower and the website stated it’ll be delivered in 8-10 days. However, I didn’t hear anything about my order for about a week and I contacted them (sent multiple emails) to find out that there was a logistical problem because of which the order has been delayed. Hifi tower did offer me compensation for late delivery which I really appreciated at the time, but my bank said they never received the refund?? When the product was delivered I found out more than 50% of bolts to hold the rack together were missing, the red paint was coming off, couple of barbell rests pada were damaged and pins to hold dip handles in place were missing. The manual that they sent was also out of date. I had to go to screwfix to buy the bolts which costed me about £50 (M12 bolts aren’t cheap). I dropped 3 emails to ask for refund for the money i have spent On bolts and send me the damaged and missing parts again but I never heard back from them and now it has been a week. This is absolutely shambolic behaviour and I personally would never buy a product again from them. I had to buy a CS barbell and I found it was cheaper with Hifi tower than amazon but I bought it off amazon because I can’t trust Hifi tower anymore. I’ll be raising a dispute through my bank to request for the full refund

UPDATE: This review is evolving as the situation evolves: First review (Rating of one STAR): The worst customer experience I have ever had. The outdoor heater I purchased arrived broken and I nearly cut my hand with the shards of glass. I immediately emailed Hifi-Tower to request a replacement. I explained I am looking after an elderly relative during the pandemic and would be unable to drop the package for return to a UPS collection point. Hifi-Tower refuses to organise a UPS driver to collect my package. I will never be using this company again. Second Review (rating of two star): Following the first review, Hifi Tower organised the UPS collection of the broken heater (thanks). This proves how effective Trustpilot is (thanks). The heater was collected on June 6th. As of today (June 15th), I have not received any further communication from Hifi-Tower or a replacement. I will continue to fairly and accurately update this review as the situation unfolds.

I would like to amend my previous review of the 14/05.20 in relation Hifi Tower which has since been deleted. Since the review was written Hifi - Tower have been in contact with me and apologized for the delay in getting back to me, which they say is a result of the covid19 pandemic situation and as a result extends the response time. Which in my case is entirely possible and I accept this as their apology with regards to their delay in contacting me about my complaint with a product which they sold to me. They offered a partial refund as a solution to the situation which I found myself in and because of the difficulty involved In returning the product, I found that I could get it repaired locally for somewhat more than what they offered me by way of monetary compensation, so I decided to accept their offer of partial compensation rather than the arduous task of trying to return the product as it is quite large and heavy. As a result of this response and the compensation offered by the company I would rate Hifi Tower as a 3 Star and not a 1 Star as in my previous review. I am trying to be realistic about the rating and considering how the product was delivered and the condition in which I received it, due the total lack of protection in how the product was transported which in turn caused some of the damage to the product leads me to how arrived at the above rating, also the monetary compensation will only go partially towards the cost of having the product returned to the conditioned in which I should have received it in the first place. You can make up your own mind as to how you would rate them if you were in my situation.

Terrible customer service, the product was faulty and I have filled in the return request with no correspondence since, I have also emailed them and again no response. Wouldnt chance buying from them.

We bought a wine cooler which was defective. We emailed the shop and the only option they offered was to return the item by drop off to the post office. We point out that we don't have a car and that we couldn't walk to the post office with a 16kg fridge in our hands but they did not offer any alternative solution. Drop off or nothing. I was also willing to arrange for a Courier to do the collection but they told me that it was not possible and that I must use the return label. At the end, I was offered only £23 partial refund (I paid £146 for the fridge) to keep the faulty item. So, I basically wasted £123 with this company. Therefore, if you don't have a car, don't buy heavy items from them unless you are willing to carry them to the post office for return if faulty.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM AND HAVE TAKEN ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORITY AND ALSO WONT REFUND ME FOR THE ORIGINAL ORDER WHICH I CANCELLED. THEY HAVE NOW BLOCKED MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND WONT ANSWER ANY EMAILS. I AM NOW £300 DOWN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AND HAVE NO SPARE MONEY TO BUY MY DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY PRESENT (THE ITEM I BOUGHT FOR HER BIRTHDAY WAS A TRAMPOLINE FROM THIS AHAM OF A COMPANY!!!!! I AM SO UPSET, ANGRY AND APPAULED AT HOW I HAVE BEEN TREATED BY THEM AND I CAN'T EVEN GET THROUGH TO THEM NOW. I HOPE THEY READ THIS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE STOLEN MONEY TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AND ALSO REFUND ME THE ADDITIONAL MONIES OWED..AND PLEASE ANYBODY CONSIDERING BUYING FROM THEM.....PLEASE DON'T!!!!!!

Great communication , and prices , especially given that barbells have been in short supply. Just to add barbell arrived & is quality kit , informed about delivery regularly , I would absolutely use this company again .
