Jan 03,2024Ordered on Dec 16th , since that no communication at all. Bitterly disappointed. No sign of it arriving yet at all, tracking delivery looks like no movement at all. Thank god i used paypal for payment, will have to bring up with them by looks of it.

Dec 14,2023Omg - every time I do a Google search this company disrupts my time by advertising a radio i looked at. Well first of all while they disturb me everyday - the damn product not in stock. Anyway I went a little further to read reviews and HONESTLY I wouldn't accept a free product from them. Their reviews are unbelievably bad - yet they don't seem to care about customer service and even answer one review. Please review this company and it's products before purchasing - they are disgraceful and should not be in business - are they "scammers" ???

Nov 22,2023I received an item today (10 days post ordering) it is a huge box & it’s the wrong item. I rang to return. They will only Communicate via email, I have not received any follow up email. They advised I need to lift the huge oversized box down to the post office myself & return the incorrectly delivered item they sent in. Avoid.

Nov 19,2023Juz napisalam po angielsku a jeszcze napisze po polsku Nie polecam przyslali zepsuty i uszkodzony panel dotykowy w pochlaniaczu do kuchni strata pieniedzy jezeli chodzi o ewentualne czesci zamienne jak np panel dotykowy to nie ma szans mam problem z naprawa tego dziadostwa ...owszem ladnie wyglada i to wszystko......goraco nie polecam !!!!!!

That being said everything was perfect with this company from transaction to email confirmation to shipping details and the vinyl player was packaged very well. Everything works perfectly. I will definitely buy off this company again.

Nov 16,2023I bought a wallander radiator which came damaged. I emailed them, I rang them no response. I filled in a return form and in the end it was an information that I'll get an email with instruction how to return it. I've got nothing. AVOID FOR ALL COSTS. If I read all reviews here saying "item came damaged" I would never order from them. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!

Aug 06,2023I bought a kitchen ventilator which came damaged.I want to return it.I called the customer service who blame Brexit for delay in me receiving a return label!I now have a big parcel in my corridor for 1 month now awaiting return.Do not buy from this company. Non existing customer service!!!

Jul 31,2023Terrible customer service, brought an expensive bin only for it to break in 7 months. I have been promised a replacement but they want the broken one back so I have now been waiting a month to be emailed a returns label. 5 phone calls and their excuse is Brexit? How does Brexit stop you sending an email?? So i will be complaining on every platform I can till this is sorted out. This is utterly ridiculous. Do not buy from this company.

Jul 26,2023Terrible, bought expensive mixer sent many emails used contact form, even paid to send mixer to office in Germany. I received no response to any contact I sent and useless mixer was returned to me in post. I get the impression that company is OK if everything goes well and terrible if not. If you want any warranty, aftercare etc AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Jan 09,2024My 2nd time ordering in this website. Despite of bad reviews. I am quiet please with the speakers i both with them. Of course if any problems. Always pay thru paypal and u can contact them. I just got Clubmaster 8000 watts auna bluetooth speaker at good value cant go wrong plus with coupon as well. I will be ordering again in the future for sure.
