With the current Covid-19 situation i was expecting some possible delay in the receipt of the product but it was deliverde to my door in Ireland just 8 days after I ordered it. The item , a recoed; cassette CD player and radio with encoding facility, is well built and all functions worked perfectly. The product is well build and I was pleasently surprised with the quality of the sound from the small speakers. It was also very competitively priced.

Apr 23,2020Great product and great value! Exercise bike said in stock in 3 weeks and available to preorder. Did order and bike was dispatched as promised 3 weeks later. Free DPD delivery from Germany, arrived 3 days later, very pleased. Bike is great quality and can’t fault service!

Apr 23,2020After placing my order I had not received any update. That's when I started googling and found the reviews here. As my order has not been shipped yet tried cancelling my order. Their published phone number does not work, and have so far ignored my emails. I managed to find another number which left me waiting in a queue for 20 mins eventually someone answered and said they would cancel my order and I would receive confirmation of cancellation. Guess what... I haven't and my order still shows on their website as not shipped. No idea what's going on with my item.

Apr 17,2020I honestly have no clue what is going on at the moment. I placed an order at the start of the week where I was advised I would receive confirmation payment within the day. That never came, despite the fact they took .€50 from my account no bother. Due to the fact I received no payment confirmation, I have no dispatch notice. Therefore I can not see how long it will take for my product to arrive. I’m under the impression that it hasn’t even been processed for dispatch yet!! I’ve tried calling on numerous occasions to be told it’s not possible to contact them via phone - why???? They offer to contact through email instead, and there’s an issue sending emails - of course!!!! I didn’t want to have to take this to a third party website to be viewed by potential customers but it seems as thought it might be the only way I’ll be able to get through you you guys. I’m now asking for someone to reach out to me. My information is included with this review. Thanks.

Apr 16,2020Poor customer service, takes 30+ mins to get through each time, then they refused to look into delivery that hadn’t arrived, refuse to let you speak to a manager and constantly put the phone down on you. All you get is, we can’t do that, we can’t do that! Avoid at all costs. Update, after writing this the company would still not locate the parcel. Their reply “I received information from our supervisor that he replied to your message earlier today, unfortunately he is unable to make calls”!! All he said was it was in transit, and apparently he lacks the ability to make a phone call! I was also accused of being abusive for asking to speak to a manager! Eventually though once I was dealing with a manager and not the general staff, I received my parcel minus two parts as it arrived open. He gave me compensation and replaced the box with the missing parts. This was much better customer service and it is a shame they didn’t give this level of service from the beginning. It was an upsetting experience initially that was put right eventually.

Great product and great customer service as i managed to fluff up setting up my account/password. Would shop from again if they had a product I wanted again. Was put off a bit by reading negative reviews from other people but I do not share the same view as them.

Apr 06,2020Placed an order with the website explicitly stating my item was in stock. Heard nothing for a few days despite the money being taken from my account, only to then be told it was sold out. I am now awaiting a refund. Misleading website which I won't be using again.

Mar 25,2020Bought a Gym Machine that was listed on Ebay. After chasing to find out the delivery date..was told they did not have it in stock. To add insult to injury... stated the reason of the refund was that the buyer wanted to cancel.!! .

Mar 23,2020The 2nd time using this service. BOTH times I was notified a few days later to tell me my items are out of stock & asking whether I'd want to wait (No indication on how long). I think the website should inform customers of the stock availability to insure you can get your items BEFORE taking money out your account. Currently waiting on my full refund.

Jan 25,2020Took delivery of capital helix star mr cross trainer, very few reviews out their,the machine surpasses all my expectations,well boxed,superbly made,quality of materials and coatings perfect,assembled in 1hour,first workout excellent,the range of levels superb and interface well lite.i have had life fitness machine's before costing 3times the cost and the performance and build no better.so in all very well designed,manufactured to high standard.

Dec 09,2019I ordered the auna musicbox, I was kinda sceptical after reading some of the negative reviews. I took the chance and ordered it.. The musicbox arrived within the time stated. Tracking was a bit difficult to get around but any question I asked about my item, i was answered in a professional friendly manner in 24 hours or so via email. I also phoned them up and was dealt with properly.. in short my item arrived on time in perfect working order.. will buy from hifi tower again

Nov 22,2019What a nightmare company , ordered a powered monitor order number 2019-1026899. described as 'B' stock slight signs of wear , after a week the item hadnt arrived I rang them to be told we have no such order , I verified my paypal payment , they still denied receiving it so I reported it to paypal , the next day they rang me to say we have found the order , by which time I had ordered from elsewhere but they insisted it could'nt be cancelled. The item arrived badly packed , no instructions with many marks and dents a week later. I contacted them again to be told they would issue a part refund (£10) or I can ship back at my expense. I accepted the poor offer as I couldnt be bothered to pack and post , but then they refused to issue the refund as I had raised a claim with paypal the claim has been removed by me now and still no part refund AVOID

Apr 25,2020I am very happy with all aspects of this purchase. Ease of ordering, continual communication and regular updates from the delivery company. The Klarfit Barre Marie Double Ballet Bar Freestanding has been an excellent purchase. It was however delivered at day late, but I am making an exception for present times and it came from Germany (which I didn’t realise when ordering) I am therefore delighted to have it at all. It was well packaged inside and out & was exceptionally easy to put together. It is of a very good quality when assembled and is very sturdy. I should point out, it’s not a wooden handrail, it is wood effect. My son is a full time ballet student doing online classes at present and tells me having tried it out, it is perfect. We are very happy with the purchase, communication, delivery and item itself. Thank you for continuing to provide a first class service during this Pandemic. It is much appreciated 🙏
