May 18,2020Ordered a capital sports power rack which was available from the 14th May, sent countless emails for some sort of update and recieved nothing. I am very sceptical if i will ever recieve my product.

May 16,2020......UPDATE!!! THE REVEIWS FROM THE PAST TWO WEEKS CLAIMING EXELLENT SERVICE ARE FAKE. THEY ARE FROM NEW REVEIWERS WITH A SINGLE REVEIW. Hifi tower are trying to remove my reveiw stating i havent made any orders, serously DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Ordered items begining of may and have heard nothing back with regard to item in stock or even sent. Tried speaking to a very rude customer service agent who ended the call abrubtly. Do not purchase anything from this company as you might as well whizz in the wind. The phone number advertised on the website is also wrong. It starts 442 not 4402

May 16,2020DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. The product is the worst product I have ever bought. The record player is unusable as it is unfinished covered in holes and completely wonky. I can’t believe they have sold and sent me this in the state it’s in. I’m in total shock.

May 16,2020Placed an order on 5th May 2020, the money was taken from my account. 10 days later, the website account still says 'yet to be shipped' No further updates or confirmation email. Website originally advertised that the item would take 3-5 business days. I am now looking for a full refund as I don't trust that it will ever actually arrive and no follow up. Links on website for 'contact us' don't exist when clicked.

May 16,2020I ordered a blender at the start of this month for my daughter and when i check out , the money is withdrawn but i do not get a confirmation email. I email the next day and they ressolve it and give me a customer id and say the logistics department are needed.I have been very patient as its been 2 weeks but now I just want a refund as they keep emailing saying the same thing.

May 15,2020I made an order with HiFi for two items. They sent one correct item and one wrong item. I have been trying to contact them via email with no response. I have tried to use their online return form which doesn't work. I only want to sent back the incorrect item and get them to send the right item. Surely someone can respond to an email! Such a shame as the correct item is fantastic, just customer experience has let them down massively!

May 11,2020I must say my heart sank when I read the reviews, I was sure I would not be receiving the trampoline I just ordered. I couldn't have been more wrong I was emailed a confirmation and a delivery date and the trampoline arrived a day early, couldn't be happier.

May 10,2020I placed an order for some dumbbells back towards the end of April as the website stated that they would be back in stock by 5th May. I waited patiently until the 5th and then the 6th, 7th and 8th only to see the status on the website change to out of stock. My online account simply says that the item is yet to be shipped and none of the emails or contact pages on the website seem to work. I have tried calling but cannot get through. I am now at the stage where all I want is a full refund but there is no way to get that as no form of contact is active! This is unacceptable. Please get in contact with me as a matter of urgency to arrange a refund. Update*** after posting this review somebody from the company did get in contact immediately and was extremely helpful. She cancelled the order and processed a refund promptly. I am still disappointed that I did not receive what I ordered but I appreciate their quick response once the issue was highlighted. Thanks

May 10,2020Wanted a spin dryer - now a rare commodity to obtain -[not even available Currys or AO anymore] Ordered from Hifi Tower and slightly concerned when delivery email quoted Chal-Tec Fulfillment GmbH was delivering !! Sounded Chinese! Anyway it arrived okay [is German manufacturer] and appears to work fine except the outlet is way too low down and it is impossible to place a standard bowl underneath to collect the water expelled - bad design.

May 07,2020Ordered a rattan sofa 19th April 2020. Received 2 parts of the 2 order today 7th May 2020. Still waiting on the rest. Opened the box to find the material was stained white and the zip on one of the cushions broken. Paid £600 for this item. Not impressed. Complete waste of money cant get in touch with company to track 3rd part of order either.

May 07,2020I pre-ordered a multi gym early April for £599.99 which stated it was back in stock on the 6th of May. By the 8th of May I had not received an update so I chased them to see if the item had been dispatched or in a queue to be dispatched. The next day I was informed that they did not have the item in stock. Now I have had to pre-order from a different site & will have to wait a further month. This is poor customer service, if I was informed earlier then I could have found an alternative but the company kept hold of my money & I had to chase them to be informed of this / get the refund.

May 04,2020Update on review: I ordered on 24th April, and still nothing from Hifi tower, including not replying to my e-mail. Order was not shipped, and I can't return on their website either (and yes, money taken from bank account). Nothing was resolved, despite reply on this website - DO NOT ORDER FROM HIFI TOWER they're possibly a scam

Apr 30,2020Ordered a Blumfeldt Heat Guru Standheizstrahler 2000W patio heater, item arrived in 3 days from ordering well packaged, Clear easy instructions for assembly (just the base plate) and easy instructions for use. The product itself is superb even on the lowest setting of the 3 you can feel the heat from 5/6 feet away the heater gives a nice glow and looks very stylish. Very pleased and comes with a 2 year warranty.

May 18,2020Ordered a dart board, after three weeks I'd heard nothing and feared the worst. I sent them an email asking for an update. Two days later they had it ready for dispatch and I received the tracking number from an established courier. It arrived well packaged and in one piece. I even received an email to check on whether I was happy. So they might be sluggish dispatching your package but its a real company, their products are good and they will sort it out.
