Jun 13,2023Excellent product but sadly no use as I bought it for my motorbike and it isn’t big enough to do anything but fit around the wheel spokes. I was hoping it would go over the swinging arm and wheel spokes so not really big enough for motorbikes. I see your reply but I have a lock and case that cost £279. Telling me you have taken on board my review and are making a larger one doesn’t really help as I have a lock that is no use to me.

Jun 11,2023Product has a great quality and it really protecta your bike. DX D-Lock is not too heavy, therefore you can bring it in your backpack, but DL chain is heavy as hell. DL can only be used at home, you won’t bring it with you I can assure. Both has a high safety and quality, can resist almost any kind of attack.

Jun 07,2023Great products, fair pricing for protecting my bike. I just wish the installation instructions came printed with the items rather than having to download them and print them at home (if you even can). It took about a week for my parcel to arrive also (to the UK).

Jun 07,2023I bought the Hiplok Spin Wearable Chain Lock last summer. First of all, the plastic part where you need to slide the velcro when you want to put the chain lock around your waist broke after less than a month, so I was not able to wear it. Secondly, one day I was struggling to close the lock and when I wanted to unlock it later, my combination didn't work anymore. Looks like I was in "modification mode" when I closed the lock and made a number slip without realizing it. I had to spend several minutes trying several combinations to be able to unlock my bike. It shouldn't be possible to change the combination without realizing it. And finally, my bike was stolen yesterday... I ran a quick errand at the grocery store and my bike was gone and the lock easily destroyed. Very disappointed.

Jun 06,2023Unfortunately the use of DPD couriers lost 3 stars for this review. DPD delivered my first order to the wrong address without checking who they were delivering it to. The delivery was made to a property with a different post code to my property. I had to take out CIFAS protective registration because I was a victim of fraud 6 years ago. The box turned up a day later opened and I then had to return it to Hiplok because the keys could have been compromised and get a second set of locks and wall anchor delivered to the post office because I do not trust DPD. DPD have refused to compensate me for the fee to take out protective registration because according to them I am not the account holder and in turn they refused Hiplok’s request on my behalf. I was also verbally abused and spat at by the person who took delivery of the parcel in my name and threatened with violence by two others. This is the consequence of using careless delivery drivers and flawed processes for delivery (picture of parcel in the door only; shame it was not my door).

May 31,2023At first I was surprised that hiplok does not have warehouses in the EU (I had to pay customs duty, tax and DHL fee). I bought a combination wall lock that was in two packages with the same invoice, I had to pay duty twice. Good think is, that hiplok refunded me one customs duty and tax. Final impression - bad purchasing process, good support customer process
