May 11,2023I'm pleasantly surprised at the level of usability of the locking mechanism for the Hiplok D1000. Inserting and turning the double-sided keys is buttery smooth, never frustrating like other locks I've owned. Also a thanks to the customer service team for its hassle-free support.

May 09,2023Excited about the added security the lock will provide for helping prevent theft of our two e-bikes. A tad disappointed that I had first ordered it in Canada 🇨🇦 which ended-up being cancelled due to store’s supply challenges. I then ordered from you directly for $419 Canadian but when delivered, had to pay an extra $138 for customs and Brokerage fees!! I know that’s not your fault but a total of $457 (£271) is quite steep for a bike lock. That potential extra 32% cost should be highlighted more prominently. Thank you.

May 05,2023Purchased the Hiplok shield as I tend to lug my MTB in my car as I don’t feel safe mounting it to a rack. Quality is outstanding and really well thought out. Although it’s not a specific fit for my car it ticks all the boxes. I’ve had previous in car protectors but you truly pay for quality as demonstrated in this product. I like the extra large flap which well covers my bumper from any pedal damage and the pockets in the flap large and good enough to fit dirty shoes and kit to stop your car getting filthy. The wheel bag and cover are also great as my bike is totally out of sight from prying eyes. Would totally recommend this to anyone looking for an in car protection with storage and cover solutions. May 03,2023Easy ordering experience. I must have foolishly ordered two pair when I thought I only ordered one. Still, I'm glad I did because one of the locks I ordered wouldn't stay zipped. If you pulled band down and away from the lock, it could be easily pulled apart. That said, the other 3 locks work great. I have one permanently wrapped around my saddle bag and feel much more confident leaving my new kinda swanky bike outside the cafe mid-ride.
