I was surprised at the quality of the packaging (every single piece is wrapped in plastic, and enclosed in custom cut foam) and at the quality of the machining and assembly. It takes minutes to put it together, and it worked quietly immediately after I assembled it. I have not used it for a long time, but my first impression is that this is a first rate product. Edwin worked with me when there were shipping problems, and ensured that I received the product that I had ordered. Very impressed with both the product and the customer service.

Absolutley worth every penny! If you are on the fence, you should go for it, you won't be disappointed. The shipping was lightening fast, the machine is very high quality and the bag it comes with is perfect. I leave mine assembled and just put it in the closet. It comes with a showercap-like cover for the actual mechanism, so if someone opens the closet, all they'll see is the metal legs. However, even if you can't leave it assembled in between uses, assembly is simple takes only a matter of minutes. The dildo it comes with is also high quality in my opinion. I've seen some reviews by people who didn't like it, but it's a great size and has a wonderful feel if you aren't into the ginormous stuff. I haven't had any issues with the machine so far and have not yet reached to the highest setting, so there is plenty of room to grow.

Did not ship as promised. Then shipped after order cancellation. Then refused to respond to emails. Now refusing to respond to PayPal. Never received order & no refund.

I have to give 3 stars: i cant yet use 2 of the items i ordered because i didnt know the connection wasnt the same as the connectors on the machine. I got lucky that the extension rod had the same connection fitting. Now i have to search the attachments to find an addapter that will allow connection of the 2 items to use dildo's i already have. Other then that i have no probloms & have enjoyed using it.

This has been a terrible experience. It is now in the seventh week and my order has still not been completed. Two weeks after order was made I kept inquiring about why I had not received any type notification on my order. ( By the way you will not find a phone number anywhere). I finally got an email order has been shipped but no tracking number. Seven days later I received a tracking number stating order had just shipped. When my order arrived to my surprise was not what I ordered. (Wrong color). The attachments that came with my order (spring and dildo) spring will not fit anything and dildo was for a cow 10”x6.5”. After sending pictures 3 times they admitted the spring needs another attachment to work and they would send correct dildo. It has been 2 more weeks and still have not received anything except a tracking number that has not been updated in 11 days for spring attachment and a notification that the dildo is out of stock and on back order. I now cannot get anybody to reply to my emails. After further investigation I have noticed that hismith website shows 5 star ratings on this company but not so on other hismith feedback sites. I will update if anything changes.

Tbh I think it's great machine but the new "wireless remote" just tacks on 50$ extra dollars and guess what it's complete crap so if your thinking of buying the new wireless remote model don't waste ur time or money just get the model without remote because they are same exact thing only one comes with a piece of plastic an costs more

Original order was out of stock but still listed for sale even after I was notified. They offered a replacement that did not provide the same experience as the original ordered and was reluctant at first to offer a different [more expensive] replacement that did meet our wants from the original order. They agreed to the 2nd option after I indicated I would take the refund. We did accept the 2nd offer but are not enthusiastic about it due to the nature of assembly, etc. Aside from that, support was responsive and the delivery was incredibly fast. I would buy from them again.

The machine is what I got and on time the shipping didn't take long at all but my fantasies with this machine won't go far I hoped it would be more fun but I don't regret my purchase but I won't buy another one if it should break. I also had to buy a plug in adapter since the plug in was European.

Was delivered to me without issues. Received it within 5 days of order, which was a pleasent surprise. Website says fulfillment is 1 to 5 days and expidited shipping is 1 to 5 as well. Do I was not expecting it for two weeks even with expidited shipping. It was delivered to the states from china overnight even during the cornoavirus. Hope this helps ease some worried potentially buys.

Recently ordered the Hismith Premium Sex Machine and it preformed above and beyond expectations. Great quality machine for the price and very easy to set up and dismantle. Had a wire break on me shortly after my purchase and reached out to the support team, and they responded very promptly offering to replace said wire free of charge. I would definitely recommend Hismith to others as not only their products but also their support staff is top notch.

Great product based on a couple of uses. Price was good for what these normally go for. Wasn't expecting much so it exceeded expectations as a fun, novelty toy. Shipping from overseas took 1 week which was pretty quick. Recommended.

Anyone who rated this company well is fake or actually received their order.... Before placing my order on February 13th, I spent 3 days testing out the chat for live support at various times throughout the day to try to speak to an available rep. On day 3 I got ahold of “Jess” who in broken English directly ignored my question of when the chat is normally staffed. Despite that, I placed my order dependent on their confirmation that everything in my cart was in stock. I never received a shipping confirmation email. Instead I received a text from DHL asking me to approve (a package in transit) upcoming receipt without signature confirmation. Looking at the tracking, the package is coming from Hong Kong. I received a small box containing everything except my machine, and despite NOT approving a no-signature delivery, DHL delivered it without my signature. I then spent a few days with the chat pop up and received a follow-up email from someone named Edwin who instead of answering my question as to where the rest of my order was, provided the tracking number of the box I received. I then played the waiting game attempting to reach someone via chat and eventually reached “Jess” again. I told her that she directly confirmed everything was in stock before I placed my order, and I specifically asked about the tracking for the machine. Her response was “I will check and get back with you”. I then asked for a timeframe of when she will get back to me—-absolutely no response. The chat then went into a perpetual load/spinning icon and I never received a response via email. It appears they disabled the chat ability on their website since then. When I changed the currency icon at the top of the website the chat icon appears again and their default chat message now says “ If you have placed order before and got nothing, we will dispatch them in following 3 days and it takes 5-7 days to deliver.” I still have not received an email confirming the tracking of my machine or a follow up from Jess as she indicated. I will update this post if anything changes. Today is February 21st. 2/26- no update or response to my multiple inquiries. Chat option is on the website, but conveniently not staffed and now with a Spanish disclosure after the English disclosure in the chat that no one is available. I just want what I ordered.... some sort of explanation is due. I’m uncertain as to my next steps and I am obviously frustrated. I will absolutely make updates to this post. I’m determined to get my machine and to relay a real and full experience in dealing with this company and their beyond poor customer service. 3/1: no email response from customer service since the 19th. Yesterday Jess via chat asked me to email customer service for an update.... after explaining that she has failed to follow up with me before, and 10 messages to customer service has gone unanswered, she replied “it delay due to global virus.” No time frame provided, did not answer follow up questions.
