Jun 26,2019I was skeptical about spending this much money but the machine is a game changer. One attachment part was slightly defective and customer service was great they answered quickly and sent a new part right away.

Jun 17,2019I have to say that I was skeptical about ordering this machine. Glad I did! My partner and I find this product to be a fun addition to exploring new ways to add pleasure to our sex lives. We did have a problem with a part holding the leg together. It had broken but I may have tightened it too tight. Regardless, Edwin in customer service remedied this situation quickly by sending out a new part for free. We are very happy with this machine, it never tires out, it keeps going until you are satisfied. I highly recommend this product, you will be disappointed!

May 30,2019I've been fantasizing about f-machine for years, but could never explain myself putting down $1K for a machine that I'm not sure will work. But recent google search showed that times have changed and if in past machines were expensive and crappy, now they are reasonably priced and reasonably good. What stood out with Hismith was customer service. Does company stand behind it's product? And reading over 180 reviews on Amazon I saw it does. I also emailed them directly before and within 8 hours got a response. So if you're thinking about it, Hismith is the most affordable quality machine you'll find. I actually made a complete guide and side-by-side comparison comparing all the top machines. It's complicated to pick one, and then take the leap, so I made it so others would have easier way. May 10,2019I am from America, and it was easy to buy with them, the shipping its fast and he its always honest since the beggining. The chat they are always at night, because my time its different, but I found them always at there when i want to talk with them. Its the best place to buy, even better than alliexpress or alibaba. May 08,2019Ok, as I promised Edwin, here is my edited review of Hismith. I ordered the products on 5/2/2019. I just received the product today, 5/14/2019. From the place of origin, this is an average delivery time, definitely not worth the expedited fee of $20 USD. the order was shipped out on 5/9/2019, that's 7 days for expedited charge. The delivery is through DHL. When I wasn't seeing anything going on the first week, I tried contacting them through their email and their chat online numerous times without any response. After making my initial review on here I was contacted immediately by Edwin. It seemed the main concern was getting his 5 star review, but that's my opinion. I understand the time difference between the U.S. and Hong Kong, but repeated non response is just that. After the first reply he sent me, we have stayed in touch regarding this order and he has been quick to respond. Now for the items. I ordered the machine with accessories, I wouldn't recommend the package deal. Order the machine and order accessories separately. The package accessories are not the same quality and the package they came in had an odd odor to it. My wife likes the additional one better also. To wrap this up, despite a very poor start, we are happy with the purchase and hope to have great success with the product. It works great and has smooth movement. Some of the plastic seems cheap, but is all working as expected. Thank you Edwin, here is your 5 star review.

Apr 24,2019This was the best experience I have had ordering something online. I had some questions about some of the products and attachments. I did the online chat and received a response immediately. The associate was very helpful with answering my questions and walked me through the check out process because I had to have the machine by a certain date. She stayed online and made sure my order was received as well as processed so that I would have it by the weekend. Awesome community service and very knowledgable staff.

Mar 26,2019The machine arrived at its estimated time. We used it a total of 3 times and had some issues with the machine. We spoke with customer service and they seem to be working with us to resolve the problem. So far the service is great. I will update when we receive our replacement parts!

Mar 07,2019This is built more like a tool then a toy. Serious power! The legs are solid metal making it very heavy which is great when some women back up against it. Keeps it planted on the bed. Some reviews mentioned a smell from the rubber caps but I never noticed one. The one thing I didn't care for was when I unwrapped the metal poles they had a small amount of rust on them. Luckily with a microfiber cloth and some thin oil I was able to wipe it off for the most part. Not worth taking a star off. I've put enough use on it in a few months it's almost time to grease the rails again. That's right, this tool requires occasional maintenance. But in my opinion that's only because it can do serious jobs. I know with some cheaper toys they lack the torque to provide a realistic experience. BOTTOM LINE: It's expensive but after wanting something like it after 10 years I'm glad i have it.

Mar 05,2019i ordered the best machine they had on 01/28/2019 and now is 03/05/2019 and i still dont have it (i payed for ,,express shipping,,) my tracking number is showing that it alredy arrived... but i recived nothing (no box, no notification that i need to pick it up) i went to my post office and customs just to check personaly and they have no idea where it is... Hismiths support told me to wait a little longer... ok.... and now when i was dont waiting and i was really patient... i requested a refund... and from that point they stopped replaying on my mail and im unable to chat with their live chat support on their site. So they are just ignoring me... and i lost 700$... i feel scamed.. IF Hismith feels like contacting me... here is my order reference: ALRORVIFF

My order was missing an item however this was soon resolved with the customer service team and a new item was dispatched. Overall I'm very happy with the product and the service. I will be ordering for these in the future

Jul 16,2019I spent a good amount of time looking at different products of this variety on both this website and others and I found this to be the most appealing both for product quality and price point. After looking at what items I wished to purchase, I contacted customer support to make sure that all connectors, adapters, extra pieces, and toys would all work together and be the desired color at checkout. I definitely spent at least an hour, if not more, asking about individual items and just FAQ. Thankfully, they were willing to deal with me at length when I asked for extra information on products, shipping and cart information. Even when my purchase was made they still spent the extra time to answer my questions about shipping times and how it may or may not be affected by going through customs. Thank you very much to this employee that helped me through this process and with the extra aftercare. I am looking forward to receiving my order. :D
