I ordered on Feb 3. Shipment was delayed due to low flights in response to government lockdowns, coronavirus. I mean it is, what it is. Reached out twice to check on status. After second, Edwin was able to send tracking info. The website never showed that information, until delivery day. Arrived today. Feb 17. They sent a deluxe purple one. Win. Product works so far and I’ve spent the last 3 hours with it. If you are a true large toy connoisseur I will say you might want the extra lube, the torque is not super powerful. Secondly the stroke length might leave you unsatisfied. That is if you are are able to slam down, on Hankey’s toy. Though I’d suggest anyone interested machines, to give it a go before dropping the big bucks on the big machines.

Jess of customer service saved the day! The machine was sent without an important adapter, but Jess quickly and easily said she'd rush the adapter I need to me. The unit seems like high quality and I look forward to it.

I read the reviews here after ordering a machine the 10th of feb. And instantly got a bad feeling due to all the bad reviews lately. I messaged them about the status of my order, and yes the response time could have been better but they responded. The page says 5 day processing time should be expected, so i waited. Updated; The shipment took 3 days from HK to Norway. It got delivered and the packaging looked fine. Nicely packed, im yet to asemble it, will update when its tested.

I purchased a premium machine on 2/11/2020 and came across these AWFUL reviews and got nervous so I requested to cancel 2/12/2020.I have now sent probably 6 emails and chats and notes requesting to cancel because my order has NOT shipped yet and per their POLICY, I should be able to cancel. This is horrible customer service when they claim to have someone available 247. Update: I was told my product already shipped on 2/13/2020, therefore they were not able to cancel it. This made me more mad. They clearly ignored all my emails to cancel. I was told I would get shipping notifications within 24 hours. I got a text from DHL giving me some sort of tracking number and I was still not convinced it was coming. However, it did make it to me on 2/18/2020 and I am not sure if it has anything to do with my continuous requests to cancel or my mean review I left on here. The product was fine and works fine. Instructions werent entirely helpful because they're a pretty bad English translation. I watched a youtube video and figured it out. Have not used the machine yet, I am just glad this is over with after being stressed out for a whole week. For peace of mind, order on amazon.

So after 2 weeks of placing my order and my money being taken out of my account, my order still hasnt shipped out. Their support chat sucks, an agent is never available when you actually need one. Don't waste your money paying expedited shipping, because it'll still take them however long they want to process your order.

They waited 10+ days to ship my order and repeatedly ignored my requests to cancel the order. Avoid this company at all costs!

Made an order on January 18th with expedited shipping. On February 8th, was told the package would be sent out on February 10th. As of late evening on February 11th, no shipping confirmation or tracking number has been posted or sent.

I ordered. From hismith on the 3rd of February is now the 11th and have not received my package yet. Was told on the 9th that they would ship it on the 10th. I paid for expedient shipping. Yeah, it was a week before they even. Started the order. For this I am very disappointed.

Very disappointed in the lack of communication with the company. I ordered (in my opinion), a very expensive machine. I was given no updates regarding shipping; or the fact that there was a delay. Today I received this email that asked my opinion of the machine. Well, I do not have the item. Furthermore, “Jess” (this is the second time I chatted w/her) in the chat option, has very poor English skills and simply stated “sorry” and that there weren’t many planes flying. This should have been communicated. So far I have nothing and I’m not impressed.

Well my order hasn't arrived yet. It is on back order because of the demand for this great product. The reason for 5 stars is ; they have keep in contact with me letting me know that it would be shipped soon . They are building them and the quality of the machine they produce takes time . Anyway ive had one of the older models and we are willing to wait for the new model. . This is a high quality product and we have no problem waiting for it to.be built. Thanks Hismith.

Horrible customer service!! I placed my order weeks ago. I have yet to receive my order to even review, but yet I’m receiving review e-mails. Which is funny because I’ve written 3 e-mails regarding my order, but have yet to get a reply! I have attempted to call Hismith but can’t locate a contact number online. At the moment I feel I’ve been scammed out $600!! *** Update Review** After blasting Hismith in my previous review they immediately responded to all of my e-mails. They explained the delay which was completely understandable. If they would have responded to the first e-mail, all could have been avoided. Anyways onto the product. If you’re looking for high quality, well built, sturdy machine then don’t hesitate and buy from Hismith. It’s strong, powerful, and very quiet. Wife and I have used it several times and it keeps getting better. We’ll see how it holds up over time. I purchased Hismith attachments, but this time from Amazon which arrived in days. Great product and machine however customer service could be better. In the end I’ll definitely order from them again and it was worth the wait.

I ordered and paid for a premium machine on January 29. When I asked when it would ship, I was told the machine was on backorder and that it should be in stock on the 10th (or so). Though they said the machine would ship sometime after the 10th, I have no idea whether that means one day or twenty. When you are looking at products to buy, you should have all the info up front that is needed to make a decision. That includes whether a machine is in stock or not. I'm sure the machine will be fine if it ever arrives, but this shipping problem has soured me on Hismith. ADVICE: find out whether the machine you are looking at is in stock before you buy.

Great Product I give the equipment 4.5 to 5 stars but as for customer service I give it 2.5 to only 3 stars. I had a problem with the extension rod connector and took almost a month to get it solve. It took 2 emails to even get a response to even get the issue to be taken care of. Worst of all I ended up wanting to replace an unused attachment (did not realize it was the same item given in the bundle) Even though It was clearly marked as a second issue I wanted to get resolved it was ignored each time. In the end I figured better to take care of the defective part and eat the 30$ on the attachment since it had no issue. I do highly recommend getting the machine from this company as well as company specific attachments like the spring or extension rod or the dildo suction cup attachment. but would recommend doing it through amazon rather than the company itself to bypass any problems in case of returns or other issues.
