Although their CBD products remain good (if a bit overpriced. except on sale days), the level of customer service at HolistaPet has declined significantly. Error messages when ordering online are common; the phone is never answered; phone messages and e-mails are repeatedly ignored and receive no response; and deliveries are taking longer than was the case previously, with no effective mechanism to check on the status. I am a long time HolistaPet customer, but will likely shop elsewhere if the current, nearly nonexistent level of customer service is not quickly addressed.

Something has happened to this company. I use to get good service. I have paid them $70 and have not received my order. Tracking information is none existent and I have tried everything to contacts this company (chat, email, call). No one ever responds. I read lots of other similar reviews recently on Facebook. Do not order from this company!

I absolutely love holistapet cbd! My dog did a completely 180 as far as his bad knees. He was on 2 prescriptions from the vet that was hard on his kidneys. Even on those prescriptions, he was still having trouble getting around. He’s a big boy, about 120 pounds. Since I’ve been giving cbd he’s off the prescriptions and just doing so much better! Can’t thank holistapet enough for the work they do with their products!!

The shipping takes way too long. If this is shipped from CA to Oregon, why would it take 10 days to two weeks to receive it? Do better on shipping for me to keep buying from you.

I have been purchasing products from Holistapet for a couple of years now but the few times I tried to order, I can not login into my account. I sent a message stating so each time and no one contacts me. I started purchasing without logging in which I don't care for because I can't get the rewards points. I know during sales the website can be slow, but I keep getting error messages and sorts of other errors. I hope that improves!
