May 03,2023I did not receive one of the items I ordered, and the company has been unresponsive in resolving the issue. I have called, emailed, and sent messages to support but have not received a response. If I do not receive a reply, my only option is to dispute the credit card charge. I am extremely disappointed in Holistapet.

They have changed and im not happy They sneakily decided to cut the size of the 3000mg oil from 2oz, in half to 1oz! Without letting the customer know! Same price... half the amount! I will no longer be using them because of these shady tactics! Buyer beware!!

I contacted support via email and have yet to receive any response as to receiving a replacement product. In the condition the product was received, I refuse to give it to my pet. As result, I can't review the actual effectiveness of the product itself.

My second inquiry and all inquiries following (asking for a refund of order cannot be filled) have yet to get a response. I would not recommend doing business with Holistapet. I have received terrible customer service and still have unresolved matters.

Apr 29,2023My Sadie is 10 and she has been on the CBD oil for about a year and a half she takes it for spondylosis and arthritis in her mid to low back. I feel like it helps tremendously, before she started taking them we had to carry her around because she couldn’t really walk much but now she does great! Love the discounts you give from time to time. The only downside was trying to get a order sent it but that could of been my WiFi. Great product, great price and great service! It only took about a week to get it

Apr 28,2023I've had a semi-monthly subscription for my 2 pups cbd cookies for a couple of years now. It is less expensive and convenient. Customer Service has always been responsive and helpful, however I did place 2 calls to them recently, left vms and never heard back. I was able to solve my problem myself, though.

Also had no idea that I did eventually get a response? Apparently? Literally no idea if I’m talking to a bot or person. Have already decided to switch brands.
