Apr 25,2023I still have not received my order. (I ordered on April 12th with expedited shipping). I will be going back to the previous company I purchased from. It was more expensive but I received product within no more than 5 days. There is an obvious difference when my dog doesn't have this so receiving the product in a timely manner matters.

Apr 25,2023At first they send me the wrong product. It's hard to get a haul of CS email or phone. They sent me a return label with postage shortage. So by the time I received the right product for my cats it took extra 3 weeks. All in all if weren't for cs. The product is good. I give 4 stars cuz if the product not cuz of the CS. Maybe they short staff but at least they should get back to the customer within 24hours.

The PO couldn’t deliver because the address was wrong. I asked to resend the package since it was being sent back to sender but got a message that I would be refunded in 10 days. I just wanted the product for my old kitty.

Apr 20,2023The order was apparently shipped 4/7, but Fedex didn't receive/scan it until 4/19. Delivery shows as EOD 4/24, however I expected this product a week ago. I emailed you twice on the matter asking for an expedited shipment/replacement and never heard back from anyone. I use this product to manage my mare's extreme mare-ish behavior.

I have emailed support multiple times and left voicemails at the support number on their website (nobody answers the phone) and nobody has returned my multiple calls and voicemails after a week of trying to reach them. Unsure if anyone will ever get back to me and refund my $110, will absolutely not be using this company again, which is disappointing since I have been a loyal customer for 2 years at this point.
