Dec 22,2022I've tried twice over the past month to reorder products from Holistapet but the website is slow and unresponsive. I finally got to a point with my last try to order but noticed a $4.95 fee called an "initial start." I assume I am being charged for restarting a past subscription. Why? What is that? They are CHARGING me to subscribe to buy things! Insane. I'm not paying companies to pay them. Then I could find zero contact information. No phone number, no email, no contact form. I also can't find a way to close my account. What I did find was another CBD company who charges a little more for a much more potent product. So, I bought that. You lost a customer for hiding and price gouging, Holistapet. Just crap customer service.

Dec 20,2022The products did their job for my aggressive Newfoundland dog. It seemed to take the edge off and made it easier to train him out of some bad habits. He also had mild seizures and they all but disappeared. But.......... I cannot afford 95 dollars a week to keep him on it for the rest of his life. Sad, but true.

Dec 19,2022We have tried the CBD gummy chews for a couple of months now and it has done absolutely nothing for our dog. We have tried different doses and maintained a regular schedule but it wasn't the solution for our dog. However, the company reached out to me and suggested that we try the Melatonin chews and while they may not totally cure the issue we have seen some improvements in her sleeping behavior.

I wish when I signed it it would be smart enough to know “ hey welcome back, you ordered ____ last time, would you like to order it again?” Also, I am a nurse and often do not get to check my email daily, I missed the BOGO sale by a day! I wished the sale codes lasted a bit longer.

Dec 17,2022I wanted so much for this to work well, but it only stays off her frantic itching for 15 or 20 minutes. Also, the pump is so hard to press that I’m not able to use it. I would have to have someone else hold the dog so I could use both hands to use the spray pump. I’m really disappointed.
