Jul 03,2024We boarded our dog Holly with Russ for a week whilst away on holiday recently. We couldn’t speak more highly or recommend him more. Our rescue dog can struggle with new people but Russ was amazing with her and she settled in just fine. He updated us regularly with pictures and updates. We would feel completely comfortable leaving her with Russ again in the future.

Jun 30,2024Jessie absolutely loved staying with David, she didn't want to come home with us! We were so relieved to see that she had had such a good time with him, and been so well looked after. We would definitely ask David to look after Jessie again and would trust him to take good care of our little lady for us. Delighted to have found him and that Jessie enjoyed her holiday so much! Jun 20,2024Finding a suitable place to board our Spaniel had been a challenge, lots of websites promised a lot but we were never confident that the carers were suitably qualified and well vetted. We have now used Home From Home twice and both times they have taken care to make a suitable match. Most recently our dog Margo stayed with Russ for a night ahead of a longer stay booked with him over summer. Russ was great, very easy to communicate with and accommodating with our requirements. Margo had a great time and we were kept up to date with messages and pictures. We’re very happy she’ll be back with Russ and his family soon whilst we are away and confident she’ll be taken care of well.

Jun 18,2024I was quite prepared to miss my holiday and stay home to look after our 7 month old cockapoo. However at the meet and greet I was put at ease and immediately got the feeling she would be cared for. I was right.. I managed to have a good holiday and my Cockapoo did too.

Jun 14,2024Once again, we had excellent service from Home From Home Boarding agency and our carer Elaine. We booked our 3.5 week cruise last year and booked Elaine again to look after our 2 dogs, knowing that she takes great care of them and they loved being with her. Unfortunately, one of them fell ill shortly before we were due to go and the agency dealt with us with great care until we knew what the diagnosis and outlook was. Unfortunately we had to put Max to sleep so it was just Poppy on her own at Elaine’s this time. Such care and understanding from all at HFHB - the best we’ve used by far. Highly recommended.

Jul 03,2024We have used Home from Home on a number of occasions and have always found them to be responsive, efficient, and helpful. The carers they identified to look after our Cockapoo, Bertie, couldn't be bettered and we have already booked them to look after him while we are away next year.
