Aug 30,2024Rover has been well looked after during our week away. We were reluctant to book a holiday abroad, we've had Rover for 2 years and he has always been on holiday with us, but we had no need to be worried. He had a great time with Aitch and Natalie and we were kept up to date with how he was doing. They were super nice when we dropped him off and I said a tearful goodbye, but within a day we had photos and videos of Rover trotting happily along exploring the area and enjoying his walks. They treated him like their own dog, giving him a fan for the very hot days and allowing him access to their house. Rover had a very enjoyable stay, he was happy when we collected him, and it only took a couple of days to settle back into routine at home, I had expected it to take far longer, which makes me believe he enjoyed his holiday as much as we had!

They are so friendly and helpful in matching you with a suitable person and our dog sitter Shelley is the loveliest lady and wonderful with our dog, I am always upset and nervous leaving him but I can truly relax knowing Shelley is looking after him! She is a real credit to the agency!

Home from Home and Natalie both took time to understand the needs of our nervous rescue to make sure he was able to be confident in a different environment. Both dogs had a fabulous time and Natalie updated us regularly with photos so that we could relax knowing that they were happy.

Aug 13,2024We visited the family first before committing to the booking, and that made us confident our dog would be in safe hands and well looked after. We delivered the dog with all the bedding, food, toys, meds, treats. And when we collected her after the boarding, it's clear there was an affectionate bond between the dog and the family (both ways). She was very well cared for, and I'd say she had a fantastic time. Wendy send us a few photos over WhatsApp too — lovely to see. Will be booking again next year.
