Mar 06,2023It was the first time we have left our dog. Home from Home found us the perfect carer. Angela was absolutely fantastic, she went above & beyond to make sure our fur ball was comfortable. We would definitely recommend Angela and would use again.

Mar 01,2023From start to finish this process was easy. But I have to say Sue who we were placed with was amazing! She was so thorough and had such an amazing set up at her house. We had a couple of picture updates and Albert seemed right at home. When I have picked Albert up from kennels he has been a distressed dog with no voice from crying. I’m not sure he wanted to leave Sues house! Highly recommend 👍🏼

Feb 20,2023Home from Home were superb from start to finish. A carer was matched straight away and she turned out to be a something of a dog whisperer. I was concerned my dog Ivy wouldn't settle, but she had a great time with the carer, who took photos and videos every day whilst we were away, showing Ivy had settled in straight away. Highly recommended!

They found be the best person I could have looking after my little dog. She understood my concerns and all my dog’s quirky behaviours and needs. Feb 06,2023We would like to thank to Home from home and Carole for being so kind to our two anxious dachshunds, Charlie and Frankie! We are going away for a week in march and because our dogs were never been at a strangers house before without us we wanted to try it first, to see if they would be able to behave good, so they spent the weekend at Carole’s home. She kept me updated through all weekend, and my dogs had a very great time so we are happily looking forward to the next time!

Feb 04,2023Truly a home from home. The boarders take such good care of my dog and treat him as part of their family. He loves spending time there and I never worry about him when he is there - because I know he is having fun and very well looked after.

Jan 28,2023Not recommended. I made a provisional booking in good faith, and on the basis I was to meet the potential boarding carer within the allotted time. I rang to cancel the booking as the carer was not suitable and I have been denied my deposit return. I would not object to a nominal admin fee to cover costs, but to take what was 50% of the cost for no service is outrageous.

I got excellent updates from the carer and it put my mind at ease knowing that he was with someone who was looking after him well. Would highly recommend Home from Home- from finding a suitable carer, to the entire booking- all was excellent.
