Dec 06,2022David and Wendy make this a great experience for us. They treat our dog as if he was their own. I never worry he’s sad or bored. I get wonderful pictures showing how relaxed and loved he is. I can see how he interacts with everyone when I come to collect him and shows me how much he adores this family. There is a reason these guys get booked up so fast, they are a god send :-)

Dec 04,2022I have a very elderly dog with need for special care with medication, the carers knew this up front as we had visited them prior and home from home had advised them. Within 2 hours of us dropping her off, the carer called and said “come and fetch her now, she has s**t and *p*****d all over the floor”, as Poppy doesn’t usually do this, we were rather shocked,. We were going to my daughters wedding and our usual carers were all at the wedding. As you can imagine, this sent us into a panic. Luckily we managed to find someone else at the last minute. I don’t think the fault lies with home from home though, it was just the selected carer

Nov 19,2022Simple to book , speedy follow up and take time to discuss our pets needs, It truly is like home for home with our two dogs as they always are excited on arrival at john and Aldonas who always go the extra mile with them , highly recommend

Nov 14,2022The staff at Home from Home were incredibly helpful and great in finding us someone to look after our dog in a short space of time having been let down by the local kennels . Would highly recommend them to friends and family. All in all a very easy process. The lady who they put forward was wonderful and we could go away feeling confident that our dog was being well looked after making for a more relaxing time.

They all seem concerned to make sure that both you and your dog find the best possible placement.We appreciate their rules for carers that have the dog’s best interest at heart. We rejected our first career and this didn’t phase them at all. The second carer they found was absolutely perfect and we’ve been able to leave our dog in the knowledge that he was being well looked after.Highly recommended and so glad we found this company.

Nov 08,2022We have found a wonderful family through Home from Home who have looked after our dog multiple times now. He always has a great time with them and is so well looked after. We get updates of him out on walks and having cuddles by the fire. He comes home not at all anxious and having had a brill few days. The Home from Home team are really friendly and the booking process is really efficient. I also think it’s a reasonable price comparable to other options we looked at. We’ll continue using Home from Home and would recommend to anyone who is keen for their dog to have a comfy stay in a home environment

We'd read some feedback about their policies being very strict, but it all made sense to us and we were happy to comply. They found a match for our 5-month-old puppy within the day and all communication with them was personal and warm. I felt like they cared about us and our puppy. It seems most staff have Dogs themselves and so fully understand. They liaised with our carer about any questions we had so our minds we put at ease. Our carer went out of her way to stick to all the training and requests we made of her. We got to meet her first and had the option to say no if we felt uncomfortable, however, HfH chose well and we chose their selected carer for us. We'd definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

I have complete faith that they will always find a suitable boarder for my dogs and their rules and conditions show they are a very professional company. Would highly recommend
