The carer for my boy Teddy is such a lovely lady and I know when I leave him with her he will be well looked after. She loves looking after him and when I drop him round he settles quickly, just lays down on the floor..... Chilled out ready to start his holiday too!!

Dec 03,2024The whole process from booking to Ruby staying at her home from home. Alison was just simply the best. Nothing was too much trouble and I could tell from the moment I first met Alison how much she loved dogs. Ruby loved staying with Alison. From seating on the sofa with Alison having cuddles to going up to bed with her at night. I loved the up dates Alison gave me while Ruby was staying with her. I would 110% recommend Alison.

Dec 01,2024We cannot thank Home from Home Boarding, and especially Nicola, enough for the amazing care she provided for our 7-month-old dachshund puppy, Remi! This was our first time leaving her, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The company was incredibly efficient and quick to get in touch, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Knowing that Remi was in the hands of someone who genuinely cared for her and gave her undivided love and attention 24/7 was such a relief. Nicola was FANTASTIC! She made us feel so comfortable from the start and kept us updated with the most lovely ‘pupdates’ that brightened our days while we were away. It was clear how much Nicola cared for Remi, and it gave us complete peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands, if anything Remi has been returned better behaved than when we left! We highly recommend Home from Home Boarding and Nicola to anyone needing a trusted and caring home from home for their furry family member. Thank you so much! 🌟🐾

Nov 30,2024The process of arranging home boarding for our dog while we were on holiday was well explained before hand and was therefore arranged with ease. After meeting the Home from Home boarders at their house, we felt totally confident in leaving our family pet in their care. We received several update messages and photos during our holiday which was very reassuring. On collecting our dog at the end of his stay, we could see that he was very comfortable with them and had been cared for very well.

Nov 28,2024This was my first time using Home from Home Boarding and my first time leaving our four old cocker spaniel with anyone other than immediate family. He is a lively but sensitive dog and I was somewhat nervous about it all and whether he would settle in our absence. I need not have worried as the Agency was very diligent and efficient in finding a carer. I did request someone local but ended going further afield than desired because I was told there was no-one available and it is for this reason alone I have only given four stars. That said my dog’s home carer and his family were brilliant, making him very welcome and taking onboard any concerns I may have had re his sensitivities. I need not have worried as I was updated on how he was settling in and sent loads of photos of him especially on his walks which was very reassuring and nice to receive giving my husband and I peace of mind allowing us to really relax on our break. Despite not being as local as I would have liked I would definitely use the same carer in a heart beat knowing that our dog was in very good and capable hands. It was a positive experience and one we shall repeat.

Nov 25,2024I found Home from Home to be very efficient and thorough. They asked a lot of questions about my dogs which reassured me that they would pair my dogs with the right people. They found a couple for us who only lived 10 minutes away. We met at their home to see if my dogs and us were happy of which we were, they treated them as if they were their own and sent us daily photos and updates. On return I could tell that they had been well looked after as they seemed very content. I will definitely be using Home from Home again.

Nov 25,2024Excellent feedback from our dog carer, allowed us to know everything was fine, Tracey is a great dog lover who looked after our 2 babies and ensured they were safe and well, I could not recommend this service any higher to anyone who like us would be worried about their pets while they are away, it was stress free experience and will be using again!!

Nov 25,2024My two boys had a great experience with Lilli, they were both very relaxed and happy when I picked them up. On the initial meet & greet they both made a tremendous fuss of her so I knew they would be in safe hands. I cannot fault the care they both had.
