Efficient service. The engineer was very polite and efficient and called in advance to say they would be there within the hour. They explained everything that they were doing and what needed repairing. They showed the part that had been replaced and tested the boiler to demonstrate that it was working correctly.

Excellent service from Engineer Andrew who spent time fixing and fitting parts to get our boiler running again on 1 visit, also managed to stop it being BER,'d due to parts cost.
