A very good engineer. Meticulous in as much as I noticed him brushing the dust out of the internals, most don’t. Polite and helpful. Very good.

My engineer Graeme Kelly, called me before my appointment. Was clean tidy and very kind. He explained about 24/7 as a company and was so passionate about their values and ethos. He spent time taking to my family and I whilst he ran diagnostic tests on boiler. He was patient and made me feel so vauked as a customer. Can't rate him highly enough. Thanks so much for making my experience a good one

Steve McDonald was the engineer who called at my property he was very friendly and explained everything he was doing, what the fault was and how he'd fixed it, he then tested the system. Excellent customer service skills.

Lets start with the gas boiler service appointment. This was arranged for a specific day which someone had to be available all day. On the morning of the appointment it was cancelled by home response 360. A new appointment was made and the engineer came carried out the work and left. 2 days later the boiler cut out due to low pressure. This was caused by the drain on the filter unit being left dripping. Also left the cabinet which the drain pipe exits soaking. Lets go onto the certification CP12. Well, still waiting on that! 5 calls to there help desk and no further forward. Service is disgraceful. Why am i paying a 33% increase on premium for a service like this. Well perhaps for not much longer.

Let's start of with the Pro's - The service engineer who came over, NIck was extremely polite and knowledgeable and very helpful. The not so good was trying to get an appointment - I needed a CP12, it was a struggle to get an appointment well before the expiry date and when I did get one after speaking with two representatives and threatening to cancel my agreement I had an AM appointment which is what I wanted, finally. The day before the appointment they contacted me saying they could no longer accommodate an AM call and it now had to be an all day call which was of no help but what could I do.

Great engineer, comical and jolly with a passion for his job. Always services the boiler properly every year, makes you feel safe. I have a service plan.

Engineer arrived on time having precalled 30 mins earlier. Carried out service promptly and tidily and observed Covid advice at all times. Honestly told us inhibitor was not required as boiler only 2 years old.
