I did have issues concerning the cost/type of my renewal plan but thankfully this was resolved quite quickly and given a plan more appropriate to my requirements.

After a thorough evaluation he discovered the problem, reset the system and restored our Hot Water and Central Heating. Thank you

Sep 20,2021Engineer was fine and fault fixed promptly the only issue I had was having to wait until Sunday for it to be fixed expected a service o Saturday but they said they had no availability. With so.eone who is severely disabled I was assured when I signed up that repairs would be completed in the 24 hour period
