Nov 14,2024I didn't receive my order when said delivered. Emailed Hope and received a response within an hour. Told to wait a couple days to see if it shows up. Emailed again and was told they would track it. I dealt with Stephanie, she was so helpful. I didn't hear back for about a week then it showed up on my doorstep! I ordered two "just breathe" rings, for my wife and my daughter. My wife is ecstatic over hers,says it means a lot to her. Thank you sooo much Stephanie for your concerns and effort.

We all know how hard this can be, and Ms Shania was very respectful and kind, and I appreciate that kind of service! Will definitely be ordering from this company again!

Nov 06,2024After an initial worry regarding what I thought was a delay in delivery (turns out it was a custom issue), I contacted Hope Rings regarding a ring I had ordered. Perversely - immediately after said contact, the delivery man was at my door. A prompt, friendly return email from Stephanie reassured me of its imminent arrival. I am very impressed - it’s lovely and exactly what I was hoping for. I will most certainly use Hope Rings in the future.

Oct 31,2024I ordered my ring on October 14th for $40. It arrived October 28th. I anticipated that shipping time however, when I opened it, I realized it felt much cheaper than a $40 ring should feel. I wore this ring for 12 hours and by that time most of the black on the lettering had wore off. I personally would not order another ring from this site. I did give 2 stars because they refunded my purchase without much hassle.

Oct 31,2024Purchased a very pretty butterfly ring. I wore it a few days and noticed somehow I lost a stone from one of the wings. I notified the company and their response was “ we will be happy to send you a new one to replace the broken one”. Which they did very promptly. This Company is a joy to work with. I now own 4 of their rings and plan I purchasing more down the road.

His name was Boss so I couldn't get anything with that name because that would look a bit odd if you didnt know the meaning behind it. I absolutely love the ring and the quality! I was short one message card to go with one ring so I contacted their customer service online. They responded within minutes and sent my card right away after confirming exactly what I needed!
