The two rings I’ve bought, both have been of most excellent value for money and the craftsmanship was superior too. I’ve not had to rely on their customer service department because nothing has gone wrong (touch wood!!! 🪵) 😉 Both rings came packaged very well and arrived very quickly, which was a bonus. Thank you and I hope my truthful review will help any future customers thinking of purchasing any piece of worthwhile jewellery.

Such a special ring and personal in memory of my father. I never take the ring off and it’s so comfy on my thumb. Just love this company and their personalised jewellery. Apr 11,2024Really poor service. I ordered a ring a month ago and still waiting. Tracking number showing it’s sitting at the Evri hub awaiting delivery, no change in this status for 2 weeks now. Tried contacting Hope rings via email and just get told we will update you once we have contacted Evri. I haven’t received any update at all. No customer service at all, really disappointed.

Apr 10,2024I purchased a ring to put ashes in. Initially I was very pleased as it is a beautiful ring and it was a comfort to have the ashes with me. However, the ring broke in half 3 months after purchase, thank god it happened at home and I didn't lose the contents. I have been trying to get a refund or replacement but their customer service is appalling. I would advise being very careful trusting their products with such precious ashes.

It took 10 days to arrive, which was earlier than stated so again very happy with the service. I would definitely buy from them again in the future.

I wear the silver one on my thumb, never taking it off unless I change it to wear the gold one. My daughter wears the other one. Beautiful rings that mean so much to me. Thank you.
