Jul 20,2024I did not even want to give it 1 star but that's the only option I had! I have been waiting since January for a hug from heaven ring only to receive a empty gift bag back in march. After chasing these for months with no reply I finally gave up with this company and left it. Only today to receive yet another empty gift bag!!! This company is disgusting and disrespectful. STAY AWAY FROM THESE UNLESS YOU WANT NOTHING BUT DISAPPOINTMENT. How are you sending empty gift bags to people 7 months on from there order. Would never order again from here and I certainly would not recommend anyone else to. Shame I can't upload the 2 empty gift bags I received!

Jul 19,2024I purchased two Hug rings for my daughter and myself in memory of my son; her brother. He died almost five years ago at the Mayo Clinic, and these rings are perfect in remembering his amazing hugs. If we can't get his actual hugs, we have these beautiful hugs! Rings fit any finger because they are adjustable. Highly recommend!

Jul 17,2024I ordered a ring and it didn’t come for 5 weeks. Event was over. Went to return it as they advertised and they sent numerous emails. Would not give me the return address. Said it was on the envelope it was sent in! Horrible customer service and dishonest company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I hope this review saves someone from being scammed.

I wrote to customer service inquiring when I might expect it as I was concerned it might not arrive in time. They responded immediately and this is important to me when dealing online. I was delighted when the ring arrived at my doorstep well in advance of the date I needed it for. Great company to deal with. It has the sentimental message I was hoping for.

I came upon this company on face book it was for the Hope ring "JUST BREATHE" She has a small tatoo with that phrase on her wrist. I knew it would be perfect. Ordered it and then worried I might not get it in time. Contacted the company got an immediate reply. Today it arrived. I am thrilled with the quality and excited to present it to her. She hasnt taken hers off since I gave it to her last December. It is just nice to look down and see that little hug on my finger.

Jun 11,2024The rings are flimsy and cheap looking, the inscription is so small you need the Hubble telescope to read it. All in all a complete waste of money. Thinking of having it melted down and made into a more fitting tribute to my late mum and dad

The staff there are quick and happy to help with any enquiries you may have. Delivery is as quick as it can be anywhere they ship to, I'm in the UK and it was quick from order to engraving to delivery. Myself, my daughter and niece are beyond happy with our rings. Jul 23,2024The experience I had with hope rings were great, my necklace arrived around 8 days after ordering it, which I thought was great, the quality of the necklace is superb, and with an authentication card for 925 silver, also loved the small funnel and wire piece to pack the heart with ashes, I'm so delighted with this jewellery, I have sent my freind the link and she also is thiking of buying a ring, Thank you once again looks beautiful
