Nov 03,2023Took almost 3 weeks to receive my rings, and the tracking was useless due to it being shipped from China, although on the page they said it was from California. I received it within a few days if contacting the company asking where the tracking info was, and when to expect them, since I paid extra for "express" delivery. Was slightly hard to fill each one, the funnel was small, the "stuffing" pin was very flimsy, and it had no instructions.Rings look a little bulky, but will be nice kept up.

Nov 02,2023I am really happy with my ring. It took about 2-3 weeks to arrive in Australia. Nice thick band. I'm very happy with the quality. The print of my beloved dog name is very small and I can see it clearly but many I've shown struggled to read it. I'm grateful to have this in her memory

I am so happy with it, but… it was disappointing to have no tracking information there were no instructions on how to insert the ashes - a very fiddly process! I found it very difficult to use the tiny screwdriver….. It was worth it because it is perfect!!

The only reason for 4 stars it that it took 3 or so weeks to come in but not the delay just that there is no easy way of tracking it. I did end up sending an email and they replied back quickly. So all in all a great product received, I would order from them again!
