Nov 10,2023Ordered 5 rings all of which were marked in the same place on each ring. I emailed and was answered quickly and asked for photos. No reply after chasing I was told they could see no marks and to send another photo. I did this and again no reply. I chased again and still no reply.

The absolute love of my life and these will honor her as we remember her memories. Her favorite things were feathers hummingbirds and sunsets. Thank you for these Hope Rings! I love mine!!

Nov 06,2023Dreadful. Waiting over a month to then be told that it had been lost in Transit after I had contacted them. So wouldn’t have heard a thing if I didn’t pester them. The customer service was woeful they had no empathy what so ever, overall a really terrible experience. Do not recommend.

I lost my soulmate in 2019 and this ring is a remembrance of his love and protection. Nov 03,2023Was a really lovely ring, delivery takes longer than stated on website and unfortunately a stone has already fallen out of the ring and I’ve only had it just over 2 weeks. Always take it off to bathe etc so thought it last longer.
