Feb 27,2024I dropped in without an appointment due to an unexpected problem. Horsepower found time to look at my car. They found the problem and resolved it the same day. Brilliant.

Feb 27,2024Very friendly until the the purchase was done. They hid a gearbox/clutch issue and then tried to find excuses for it saying it's normal. They didn't even notify DVLA about the sale. 5 weeks after and no v5. LE: Even after 6 weeks DVLA stil hasn't received the v5 from then . I doubt they even sent it to DVLA 👎

Feb 25,2024well what can i say. my personal experience has been hugely positive. i saw a car for sale online with horsepower. Upon giving them a call i spoke to Danny who was more than happy to answer all my questions about the vehicle. I contacted my finance company and gave them the details and it was all sorted within a couple of days. I did see rather a lot on negative reviews. However after collecting my vehicle it was better than described. it is a very high spec and in all honesty was listed far cheaper than the market value. the only negative part i could find was the wheels had some kerbing which over all really isn't that bad and for a car of its age is expected. I've arranged for the vehicle to go in for a full service and have the belts changed which Danny did offer to do at their garage but despite the offer i opted to have it done at my local garage so they can give the car a good going over. i also bought some new alloys to replace the current ones. overall my own personal opinion is the negative reviews are from people not viewing cars or asking the right questions. and more importantly they are turning up expecting a 10 year old car to be in brand new condition. but then complaining when that's not the case. but from me its a massive thankyou to Danny and horsepower for a great deal and fantastic service.

Feb 25,2024A very pleasant experience. Went to look at one car but it didn't do anything for me, but remembered that when I phoned originally the car I was after had been sold. Jason had suggested another car they had in stock at a similar price and I had been looking at it online on and off. There was about 60+ photos to look at including underneath the car which made it very easy to decide. So having remembered that recommendation I asked Danny to look at that one instead. Once viewed I knew I wanted it and 5 days later I picked it up and they had put a full years MOT on it for me. I am now the proud owner of a Hyundai Coupe which is a really nice looking and unusual car. Thank you Jason and Danny. Would definitely recommend.
