Feb 08,2024A bit slap dash and didn’t do half the promised things ! Had to clean the interior myself and put new wipers on it myself despite being assured everything would be done ? Not very impressed at all ! Update:- after 1 week gearbox failed and took 4weeks to fix ! Courtesy car I was given was barely road legal and I’m amazed it lasted 4 weeks! Very poor communication and customer service throughout this purchase and beyond, I would advise going elsewhere if you can and don’t bother with the boss as he seems to care less than any of the employees.

Jan 03,2024A very efficient and friendly service, Horsepower helped part exchange my ageing but reliable BMW for a Subaru Impreza WRX which I am delighted with. The team made the daunting process of changing cars relatively simple and uncomplicated and provided a solution to my problem. Hopefully Horsepower will find a good home for the BMW, a really good car which I have enjoyed owning for 8 years, Good Luck!

They carry a large stock of high quality older (7 years plus) used cars and, based on how busy their showroom was, they are selling them too. If their servicing & maintenance matches the quality of their stock and sales process I’ll become a happy repeat customer.
