The policy cost was similar to what I could have got from the comparison website. Plus the membership additional. But the confidence of doing it with such assistance was worth the loss of time and the benefit from the site.

Jan 24,2025Unfortunately I did not have the same positive experience as others have reported. I was previously a Right to Health customer and I was really happy with the service. However, this year when I renewed (and they sold off to Howden), the person I had although not pushy, was nice, but took her a lot longer to get back than when I was with right to health, my insurance was due to expire in less than 10days when she got back to say they couldn't offer anything better and advised me to call Bupa directly. I actually did even before she contacted and they gave a better offer. Now if that is the case, why would I need Howden??
