I did speak to a good few brokers about Private health care but chose to use Jacob as he explained absolutely everything in so much detail and nothing was too much trouble. He answered calls promptly and also emails I had sent and broke everything down for me to understand as let’s face it there is a lot of small print and understanding. I made it clear to Jacob what my needs and concerns were regarding health and he has found the best policy for me. I’ve since mentioned his name to many people as I feel PHC is the only was forward. He was well worth 10 stars but there’s only five to chose ! X

However, no fault of Lee’s, I wasn’t able to find anything affordable due to existing conditions and being a single parent. Will definitely recommend for anyone who can afford it.

Jan 21,2025I was looking at moving my current health insurance to a new provider, as the premium had gone up so much, despite not claiming. The options available can be really confusing and I’m never certain what’s included. Fay-Louise came forward with a call and has explained and sorted everything for us. We didn’t need to go back through underwriting again as it transferred over. She has been spot on and has always called on time. Super helpful and will definitely be speaking with Fay again when renewal is due! She’s saved me around £50 a month! Thanks Fay!
