Then the one who helped with the application was Anita Wilson, very lovely and cheerful lady with very nice laugh. Very thorough and patience with going through the application.

My Adviser, Hannah, took time to understand my needs and found me a health insurance policy which absolutely matched my requirements in terms of cover and costs and at a price which was significantly lower than that recommended by my current broker. I can thoroughly recommend Howden Life and Health.

Jan 17,2025Laura Kay talked me through all my options very thoroughly and honestly. She found me a very good price, which I was delighted to accept. When we spoke she did not try to push me at all and even explained the downside of my leaving my current healthcare in case I regretted it. The only downside is that my pre-existing conditions would not be covered, which I understood completely. It is a truly great service.

Katy Hunt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was great at advising and explaining the details of the insurance. After my initial quote, we discussed the policy on two further occasions and made appropriate revisions for me and my family. I never felt pressured to purchase the insurance, and the whole process was easy to organise and get sorted.
