Huddle is a great company for shared responsibility amongst students. They always send reminders before payment is due and have great customer service. Would highly recommend to fellow students or anyone else!

Huddle responds to any issues you may have regarding their services in a well mannered and timely way and their utilities have been great especially with the temperature drop recently! I’ve never had any issues with our utilities till date. They communicate their billing process and your expenses every month making being a user very easy.

Huddle is very handy for having your bills coming out of your account just all in one. Makes budgeting really easy, especially as you know how much is going to come out of your account. It also doesn't require a lot of setting up, so makes moving in less stressful as if house is already with company can just transfer through

Good customer service over the phone however have been waiting in some sort of waiting list for a smart meter to be fitted for some time now and need one fairly urgently.

UPDATE Huddle's customer service team helped us to switch from the student rate to the standard rate, and were very reasonable and understanding.

Very Unprofessional company. Have to ring multiple times to sort small issues, as staff forget i.e - Proof of utility outstanding balances for landlord/agency to get deposit back Still chasing me for a direct debit they confirmed on Oct 2nd and once again adding late fees aswell as Court threats, sort and account are clearly already on my account (will have to ring them again ffs) Leaked another customers details a Mr (Censored) to me and just apologized to me (should report to Data Regulator and make the customer (Censored) aware of the grave mistake, i have his all his details and address etc which could be used for fraudulent purposes…. For payment plan of outstanding balance they make you sign up to pay for a next years fees of (£1700) but promise a member of staff will change it to what you owe???? 🤡 Really weird and amateur process. And After all this you wonder why people are skeptical you wont mess it up. Go elsewhere and save yourself a-lot of time!!

I had been having trouble switching my energy provider away from Huddle (the problem has been with the company I am trying to switch to only because the previous tenants were with this company), but throughout this process they have always been quick to reply and very helpful and friendly. I have spoken both on the phone and to Taran over emails and both instances were so nice that I am seriously considering instead switching my energy provider to Huddle instead!
