Friendly staff, easy sign up
The customer services were friendly and knowledgeable, and the whole process was very stress free!
The price is way too high. Each housemate is basically paying bills for the entire house individually. They are getting five times the money for one address. Their only excuse is "well you are not liable for your housemate's bills, so if they can't pay nothing changes for you." If you add it all up they are making way too much per house because they charge per housemate. Just do it yourself and save the money for a little more work.
Extremely easy sign-up
Had issues carrying over our previous supplier (Octopus Energy) to our new property. We originally refused Huddles Service as their quote for us was nearly £300 per month for gas and electric (2 bed 2 occupancy) which was significantly more than the £90 per month we paid with Octopus. We found out after receiving such a bill from Huddle a month after moving in that our switch had not gone through and nobody had informed us. Karl provided fantastic customer service over the past two weeks with this issue, allowing us to submit our meter readings for an adjusted bill. As we have still not heard from octopus (two weeks later), due to the customer service from Karl, we decided to go with huddle on a different contract (standard variable rate) with the hope our bills will return to our usual £90 per month cost. Will update if this is not the case but either way, 5* customer service!!

Contacted Huddle Utilities Today to seek advice on energy tariffs for student accommodation for my daughter and friends moving in at the weekend. Joe in the Sales Team was outstanding! Eliminated stress and explained everything in full in such a caring manner. The process is so easy and allows each student to have a split liability on the costs allowing them to budget. Highly recommend contacting Huddle and speaking with Joe.

Aug 09,2023I am a landlord and found that they charged my student tenants a huge and unreasonable premium for their service. The convenience of bundled bills collected from each tenant is hugely outweighed by the extra that is charged for the service. Students should think very carefully if they are happy to pay so much extra. When I then sold the house and called the final meter readings in they refused to close my account until the next owner opened their account. This is an unprofessional approach which is not followed by any other utility company.
