Spoke to Mercedes direct to see if they could compete - they said "we don't understand how they can offer it at such a low price, I'd just go with them". Process took 2 weeks from start to finish.

Unfortunately I ordered my vehicle during the global chip shortage which severely delayed the initial order. However, Katie at iCarLease was able to offer an alternative at a similar price without much of a compromise in specification. Katie was very helpful and offered excellent service.
Great company to deal with, spoke to Rebecca numerous times by email as I’m working from home with a baby and not always able to chat on the phone. Rebecca provided me with numerous quotes, once I had decided on the right deal, the car was delivered in a matter of weeks! I had heard some horror stories of cars being delayed through other companies so was a little sceptical to start with about their quick lead times, But they were amazing!

After receiving really poor service from another supplier I began talks with Rebecca Phoenix in the sales department who excels in customer service. I ended up cancelling my order with the other supplier and went through icarlease because the service was that good. I was kept up to date all the way along and Rebecca even checked in after delivery to ensure everything was ok. 5*
Unfortunately, I've had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a BMW M-sport 4 series back in October last year and I am still waiting for the car 8 months on with no indication of when the car will be delivered to me. I was initially told the car would be a c. 3 month wait and be delivered around March time, but no sign of it yet. All I keep being told by the company is that it is a factory order and they are waiting for BMW to allocate a build slot, so the car is not even in production at the moment. This is the message I have had for the last 3 months and it is really frustrating. I have no car to use at the moment as I was expecting this one to be delivered by March or April at the latest, which has impacted my day to day life. I appreciate there is a parts shortage, etc. worldwide but this is really unacceptable now. The customer service has been lacking and poor. I was initially dealing with a representative called Ryan, who then changed roles, but I was not told of this until I rang up several times to get an update. It was only then my file got transferred and an update provided; had I not followed this up, I have no idea what position I would be in. Furthermore, icarlease never contact me to provide an update, it is always me having to chase them up. The customer service is poor in my opinion. I had really high expectations of the company based on the reviews here and early conversations I had with people from the company, but unfortunately it has been very disappointing. I felt I had no other choice but to voice my concerns and disappointment on here to ensure full transparency and awareness for other potential customers.
Had a great experience with iCarlease. Vik was incredibly helpful and patient with my many questions. Process was smooth and they had the best price for the car model and spec I wanted. The car took about 5 months to come and Vik was always on hand to provide updates during that time. Very happy with the service overall and with the car obviously.
