I actually got a higher price than my garage offered I was given great customer service and helped me with things like my number plate. I dealt with Gemma and Chris they where both fabulous - I shared my car pictures had two phone calls at a time to suit me and they visited my property at again a time to suit me and completed the deal within the hour cash in bank and car gone ! Brilliant if only I knew before about icash cars ! Thanks again guys ☺️☺️

Dec 19,2021Very efficient process. Appointment scheduled , turned up on time and explained how the process would work. Car inspection was thorough, test drive and price offered , bit of a haggle and then price agreed, I wasn't even going to sell to icashcars as I already had an appointment with another company but I am glad I sold to them. Money in the account within 5mins. I was sceptical, but there is no need. Very good company.

Dec 17,2021Stumbled across this site online. Gave me a fair valuation of my Audi Q5 subject to inspection. They came the next day to perform inspection when I sent the photos. Following the inspection they gave me a run down of the vehicles imperfections etc and gave me a fair price. Payment was made immediately to my account once Figure agreed. Great company, very professional. great experience all round. Would both recommend and use again!

Nov 18,2021This company is run by dishonest people and the one in my experience was Richard who said they only sell cars that are fully checked, road worthy and good to go as one would expect. So to be thorough, I got a mechanic to inspect the car for £130 and it was full of issues! I told Richard as did the Mechanic about the issues and he then changed his attitude completely and said they are not going to do any work on the car you have to buy it as it is for the same price even now we have been informed of many mechanical faults with the car. I then told him he has gone back on his word and he said he did not mean the car had to be in full good working order and that multiple mechanical problems and faults with a cars is okay as long as it gets through a MOT. MOT’s which they themselves do so the legitimacy of such a MOT done by these people should be questioned thoroughly in my view. I then said to Richard he that he had lied to me and now that I have paid £130 to have the car inspected will you have the integrity to pay me back that balance to be fair and he refused and shortly after hung up the phone. Richard is the typical dodgy car salesman that will sell you a death trap and over charge you at the same time in my view so stay well away at all costs!!! I will be sending this review all over the internet to make others aware so they do not get sold a unsafe and over priced vehicle by this immoral and unethical company. Stay well away!!!
