We are currently the only car buying service that not only buy cars from customers ourselves, but we also have a dealer portal where our partnered traders can arrange to purchase vehicles that may not meet our buying criteria.

Jun 04,2021Do not trust these people. They are a scam and they never keep their word. For instance, when i went to sell my car, they didn't come. After this they told me they would call me back and never did. As many people already know, companies should never do this to their customers no matter what. I am extremely disappointed. 👎😕😐

May 24,2021Straight forward process. Phone call discussion, sent in my photographs, agreed a price and then an evaluator came to my address. The inspection at the house was quick and the nice thing was I could wait until the money was in my account before completing any documentation and the DVLA was notified online there and then. I'd recommend this service. Thx

May 20,2021The service I received was quick and what I was looking for, straight to the point. The only thing that was a downside was that you are asked to send photos and a video in of the car and tell them about service history etc. before they give you an initial quote - it seems completely pointless to do so because those details aren’t considered until after the real inspection where the quote comes down for these same details.

I go a price for the car I was happy with after some negotiation. And it meant I didn’t have to try and sell it privately and put up with all the time wasters and scammers. Highly recommended.

Jun 10,2021Overall very good. Simple process, easy to deal with and cash in bank within seconds! Only watchout is that price offered after inspection was slightly lower than discuss the day before after sending pictures of all damages. The difference due to smaller cosmetic issues that I would suggest is to be expected on a 9 year old car (was nothing major). Got slightly more than WBAC offered, and more than Px valuation. Could have got more by waiting longer on Autotrader but involves dealing with more cowboys with no insurance for test drives!
