We are currently the only car buying service that not only buy cars from customers ourselves, but we also have a dealer portal where our partnered traders can arrange to purchase vehicles that may not meet our buying criteria.

Oct 20,2021The entire process was straightforward and people from iCashcars have explained clearly how it works. After the system generated a valuation, I received a call within 5 minutes which was very impressive. They sent an inspector, James, a very nice guy. He checked the car thoroughly and sent all the information to Richard. Later, I received a call from Rich and after some reasonable negotiations, the deal was done. I received the full payment first and I settled my outstanding finance and showed it to the inspector as a confirmation. Everything took less than an hour. There were no hidden charges or anything. You get the full agreed amount to your account. I am very happy with their overall service.

I dealt with a gentlemen named Richard and told him I’ve got an outstanding finance on my vehicle. icashcars made me a great offer and beat webuyanycar’s valuation by almost £3,000, how could I say no? Richard explained the entire process thoroughly and put my mind at ease. The next day a lovely guy named Steve came to my home to view the car, took it for a test drive and verified my ID and documents for the vehicle. Steve from icashcars was happy with everything and called the office to give them the green light. icashcars made an instant bank transfer for the entire amount, transferred the log book out of my name and took the car away on a recovery truck - piece of cake. I’m not one to write reviews but this definitely deserves a 5 star review because it’s saved me A LOT of time and hassle in selling an expensive vehicle. Even though they had to wait around for my number plate to go on retention they was still in regular contact and very helpful. He was willing to go above and beyond to organise an air con re-gas, which was not originally supposed to be covered by him. Negotiated a fair price for the car with both parties happy. Will absolutely be recommending this garage to my friends and family.

We agreed on price then they come to inspect the car and boom everything is wrong I am suprised the car is still going and the panel damage well it shouldn't have got the last MOT. Would warn anybody who is thinking of these guys. If you agree on the price and they try knock nearly £1000 after seeing the photos this says it all. Buyers beware. Update in response below!! The vehicle has since sold for a £1100 more than Icashcars off to another company trade.

Lucas the machanic was very good at looking at the car, he pointed out other things that previous machanics did not fix and should of, because, the car had previously been overseen by a mechanic! Nov 17,2021Not sure from where to start, Richard is a star. He understood my condition and sorted it out by giving me his best rate. He is very friendly and transparent which differentiates him from all other traders. I had private plate, all other traders refused and suggested to retain the plate and they will re-visit which obviously puts me at risk as there is no guarantee if they can give me same offer. But when it comes to Richard, he agreed to take v5 later once it arrives to my hime address so you can visit him with closed eyes as trust is one of the major value for him along with other good values like honesty, empathising. I have no words to express how excellent service I have recived. All his staff is very professional, last but not least I was offered a great tea when I entered the office which I found very warm welcoming. 10 stars to him from my side.
