Mar 12,2019Desk is wonderful. Pain in my shoulder and wrist from uncomfortable sitting position is virtually gone. My husband and I spent an evening installing. While it was time consuming, the instructions were clear and all components arrived. The lack of 5 stars is because I still haven't received my padded cushion that I also ordered. I called 3 days ago. The operator did acknowledge I had paid for it and said she would look into it further and have someone followup with me. I'm sure they will complete the order, but this was a little hiccup. Otherwise, extremely happy with the purchase.

Mar 09,2019iMovR makes a good product, but their customer service is lacking. I paid for a desk to be shipped to me fully assembled -- in other words, in working order. When the desk arrived, it didn't work. I called Ben at iMovR, told him the problem and he suggested I turn the desk over and start checking the wires. I'm 66 years old. I'm no longer in the habit of turning over heavy desks. I said that rather than my ending up in the hospital, better if they send over a technician to solve the problem. Ben told me they have no technicians to send, that they provide no follow-up, and this malfunctioning desk was my problem to solve. And that was it. No help. And worse, no partial refund to cover the technician I hired to solve the problem.

Mar 07,2019The desk is as expected and working great. It was an easy task to put it together and the cable management helped with all the wires (there is always more wires to deal with than you think). SO far SO good.

Mar 04,2019The desk came ready to go. We purchased the monitor arms and that was a little more complicated to install. Also, my monitor cords were too short to lift the arms, so I had to reconfigure the cords and power supply box. Overall, very pleased. I can lift and lower the desk with little effort. Also, the floor pad was a huge bonus that I love!

Feb 13,2019My iMovR Lander L-desk was very simple to install and came excellently packed. It raises and lowers smoothly with very minimal sound. I used the advanced cable management kit to make the desk clean and organized. So far I'm loving it!

The chat interface connected me with a couple different associates as I determined my purchase over a few days, both of whom were friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. ## Shipping and Delivery ## I nearly returned the desk before I had it from the frustration of trying to get it delivered. I spent over 5 hours on the phone trying to understand CEVA's process, track down where my desk was, and schedule a delivery. I did contact iMovr several times in this process, but they were not very helpful. It felt like iMovr considered their portion complete once the desk had left their facilities. ## The Desk ## I was impressed with the setup and installation, and like the look (though I do wish the grommet holes had been configurable at order time). I was also impressed by the cable management in the monitor arm. However, the desk is less stable than I'd hoped - the monitor shakes when typing, despite having ordered the lander with SteadyType. I've "solved" it by pressing the desk and monitor arm against the wall, but that a little defeats the purpose of a standing desk (because against the wall means it can't be raised and lowered).

Feb 03,2019I recently purchased the iMover 53x53 with 24 inch wing corner desk. I really enjoy this desk. It's a little wobbly but nothing I'd consider a drawback. A person or pet won't knock over your drink. The assembly is simple but the wire management is basic which is why I won't give this desk 5 stars. Wire lengths need to be variable for the desk sizes but I found myself with an abundance of wire to manage. The desktop is sturdy and has a LOT of real estate for working. It's perfect for my needs.

Jan 17,2019I placed an order, at which point it said the item would ship in 3-5 business days. I got the order confirmation which said it would ship in 8-12 business days. As the 8-12 business days time frame wouldn't work for me, I decided to cancel the order. Canceling the order took multiple emails, multiple phone calls, leaving two voicemails, and chatting online with a company representative. When the informationbe company gives you at checkout is flat out incorrect, it shouldn't be this hard to cancel an order within the first 24 hours (especially since it apparently wouldn't be shipping for well over a week!).

Dec 18,2018First I would like to talk about my experience with iMovR and my initial search for a standing desk. I spoke with Ben through the IMovR chat interface and he was fantastic. Ben was patient and really walked me through what to look for in a standing desk. I am 6'4 which puts me in a harder place for buying things like chairs and desks. There are a ton of options out there for shorter folks but what I really needed was a stable, powerful desk that could lift my heavy gaming computer without a hitch and still reach a considerable standing height. Ben pointed me to the Lander. I did some of my own research as well but truth is there is no desk that I could find out there that competes with this desk. I got the 72inch Carbon fiber desk and it is beautiful! It arrived well packaged on a pallet and was very easy to assemble with no tools. It was very heavy so make sure you have a buddy to help! The leg actuators can lift well over 300lbs and have no issue making the smallest increments with my full setup on board (over 50lbs. Not only is the Lander is an exceptionally well-engineered desk but it was the only desk I could find with the stability needed and with a metal cross bar (directly under the desktop providing support to the desktop and between the legs, not a shin bar!) that is almost 18inchs back from the desk edge! This makes it possible for me to sit all the way up to the desk without hitting my knees! I cannot state enough how exceptional Ben and iMovR’s customer service was, I could not be happier with my purchase and will continue to return to iMovR for all my office/desk needs.

Apr 11,2019The Lander Sit Stand desk is well made. It has a nice smooth table top surface. The legs on the desk look stylish and the control buttons work well. Response time of the control is fast and the motor is fairly quite. Stability at the sitting position is good. Although the stability at the standing position was not as secure as I expected it to be. A stability cross bar which is not currently an option, would have made this table more stable in my opinion. Overall it is a good quality desk.
