Sep 10,2018The desk I purchased was on back order, and Imovr failed to disclose this until the date the desk was scheduled to be shipped. They later offered a refund, but this did nothing to make up for my wasted time ( I had rearranged my work space to accommodate a desk I thought would be arriving shortly). They seem to have no idea what their distributors are doing, so I would NOT recommend doing business with them.

Sep 08,2018Extremely satisfied with my purchase of the Lander desk but not so much with iMovr's shipping company. I got the 65 inch Lander without steady type and was able to save 15% with an August promotion code which was nice. After searching the internet tirelessly for reviews on sit to stand desks, there weren't many saying much about iMovr which made me hesitate for awhile on making a purchase. After finally pulling the trigger mainly based on their advertisements, website descriptions and videos alone, I must say all of their claims are true. Their Lander desk is very nice, high quality, heavy, quiet, and overall well put together. Assembly really took all of 15 minutes and includes a quality instruction manual. Their blue tooth enabled app integration is flawless. Their desk tops are smooth with large grommet holes and the rounded edges of the desk are a favorite feature of mine. Overall, 10 out of 10 for the desk. As for the shipping company they use, very disappointed and the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. I was supposed to receive a call scheduling a pick up window as they would not deliver without that. Never got that call. I called every day that week tracking the progress (since CEVA logistics website is slow) to keep updated on the situation. Come to find out, CEVA mistakenly reshipped my desk away from me then had to use another company (Forward Air) to overnight ship it back to where it was supposed to be in order to be delivered. I would've never know any of this had I not be calling each day and being redirected to different people constantly. All this and yet they still managed to miss delivery window by 3 days. I ended up deciding to drive 16 miles to the hub my desk arrived at to ensure I got the desk because I wasn't leaving it up to chance anymore. Even that took extra loops to jump through just to allow me to pick it up. Despite all that, the desk was well packaged and nothing arrived damaged (to my surprise after all the distance it unnecessarily traveled). I'm not saying it would be like this every time but this was my experience. I would purchase from iMovr again though as their product is very nice.

It’s easy to move up or down the desk it self doesn’t look cheap, there’s plenty of work space on the desk top that makes it convenient to move from sitting to standing without changing where my things go. Customer service was excellent as well got back to me really got away and fixed my concern generously

Aug 07,2018When I had the opportunity to buy a standing desk for work, I bought an ImovR Ziplift. I found a well done YouTube video review done by ImovR that helped sway my opinion. At home, I have a Veridesk (bought 2 years ago). I much prefer the Ziplift.

Jul 27,2018The lander desk I received is fine. It works as described and I am very happy with it. The Thermotread GT treadmill is made in Taiwan. I had problems with it out of the box. High pitched chirping noises and a long guttural whining sound from the motor. Needless to say, it is too distracting/irritating to use it with coworkers around and I am not even sure that I should be using it given that it might need repairs. I contacted support through the website. I emailed a recording of what I was hearing and that person agreed the noises were not normal. He gave me an email for technical support that I forwarded all the info to as well. They responded telling me to call a tech support number dedicated to the treadmills.... solid run around so far... I called that number and was connected to Jason V. who sounded confused as to why I was calling. He asked a couple times which treadmill I was calling about. I gave him all the info and serial number and he hung up on me. I called back and was connected to him again, sounding more irritated than the last time we spoke. I told him after several long awkward pauses that I could forward him the email with the recording of what i was hearing. He agreed to that and I sent the email. He responded immediately stating there was nothing attached... There was... i can see it in my email history. I resent the email with the audio file attached. No response... I use Gmail. If a 200 KB audio file isn't getting through to you, then the problem is on your end. So in summary, the Thermotread GT treadmill has problems out of the box and I have contacted three people at IMovr who could provide no support. Edit: Received a call back and had a repair appointment scheduled... right after I posted this review oddly enough. Will update my review later.

Sep 17,2018I purchased the iMovR Vigor Heavy Duty electric standing desk base from iMovR and a butcherblock table top from Home Depot. It was easy to assemble and works like a charm. It is fast and quiet when changing heights. The desk is stable and wobble-free I currently have it loaded with about 200lbs (100lb desktop plus 100lb equipment).
