We love the Zipfit We bought 5 within our office and everyone loves them. I find myself standing much more than I thought I would so it helps to keep me moving during the day. I actually just recommended it to someone else.
Great product and great customer service. The ziplift converter works well and easily.
I ordered five conversion standup desks a month ago and still have not received my order. I am told to contact the shipper SAIA on my own. I don't know why that is pushed back on me. Why can't iMovR contact the shipper and provide me with the ETA? Why isn't iMovR more concerned that their customer has not yet received their product?
Beautiful desk. Easy to assemble.
Don't have an opinion. I haven't received my desk yet.
Great customer service. Quality of the desk we received is excellent. Heavy duty and sturdy. I would definitely recommend this company and their products!!
Good desk, good experience.
Very pleased with the entire experience The order was shipped and received in a timely manner, packaged securely with no damaged or missing components, and the desk functions fully as described. The desk itself is very well constructed, polished surfaces, and very stable.
Great desk & fairly easy assembly. Putting in the clips that secure the legs was a little challenging for me. I don't weigh very much and while the directions say to step on the clips to press them in, that didn't quite work for me. I had to pull up on the desk leg (or anything really) in order to add pressure to where my foot was trying to step the plastic clip into position. Other than that though, very easy setup and no tools needed.
The iMovR people were very helpful answering my questions on-line. Once I ordered my treadmill the process of shipping and delivery was very smooth. I have now been using the treadmill for a few weeks and it is extremely quiet and smooth. The controls are easy to understand and set up. Overall this is exactly what I was looking for.
Beautiful desk, easy up down movement. Like the simpler controller and it is programmable. One tiny boo boo in that they didn't drill the holes for the keyboard holder. I would but again. I will probably buy the monitor arms eventually.
excellent handling with care
Our desk arrived pre-assembled and working great. It was a very smooth process and we are very happy with how well our iMovR works and looks!
Excellent products. I purchased the Lander desk and have been totally happy with it, and the iPhone app!
Product arrived in good shape and in timely manner after shipping noticed received. Product was easy to assemble works great. So far the Lander Desk is just what I wanted. Desk up/down operation is very smooth with a slight noise.
Works great, I will definitely recommend this desk to my friends and family.
I ordered my Ellure desk from IMovr with a 72" top, the largest they offer. I wanted a large desk to fit 3 27" monitors comfortably. The desk top is the best part of the package. It's a nice solid piece. I don't have much of a problem with that. The adjustable desk machinery supplied with it is not really capable of a desk this size. I ordered the desk pre-assembled with onsite delivery / setup. The courier service selected by IMovr gave me issues during scheduling (dispatcher and delivery guy did not appear to be in sync about when they deliver to my area). The courier showed up - 1 guy for what was clearly at least a 2-person job - and brought the desk in pretty roughly. A part was loose in the packing carton and I asked him where it goes, he had no idea. He said they just deliver, it's pre-assembled and they don't do any sort of on-site assembly or troubleshooting. He shot out the door as quickly as he could. I tried to raise the desk and only the right side moved. A quick look underneath taught me that the loose piece was the piece that joins the hex drives of the legs together. That explains why only the right side was moving. I managed to install the piece, noticing that the length of the piece only gives *maybe* a millimeter of coverage on each drive. With this installed, I ran the desk up to its max height and back a few times, thinking all was well. The next day, I moved equipment to the desk. The total weight of the items on the desk is well within IMovr's stated load specifications. But, I found the drive would start skipping if I tried to raise it more than a couple inches. I contacted IMovr and initially was made to troubleshoot the issue myself. This meant taking everything off the desk, flipping it over, removing the legs, and realigning everything as their assumption is it was knocked out of alignment during shipment. Of course, spending a Saturday afternoon rolling on the floor with desk parts and a screwdriver was kinda what I was trying to avoid by buying this desk with delivery service rather than going to Ikea and getting a flatpack. Anyway, I did their troubleshooting a few times, problem wouldn't go away. There's something subtly bent somewhere and it makes things not work right under stress. IMovr agreed to replace...the desk mechanism only. So, I got a new set of legs and drive parts sent to me. They would not ship me a new, assembled, working desk (thus meeting my original expectations). They had no system for finding a local vendor to outsource the replacement of the parts. Another Saturday afternoon on the floor with a screwdriver, and now I've got 40 pounds of scrap metal (the old legs) to dispose of. When assembling the replacement parts, I again noticed how little slack there is when installing the connector between the two drives. The leg system is designed to be used on a wide range of desk widths, with this connector swallowing enough of the hex drive on each end to make it work. Getting the connector on there solid with the legs at the 72" desk top's drill spots is *hard*. It slips off easily because there's a very narrow range where you'll have it touching both hex drives. I bought the desk 6 months ago. I'm leaving this review right now because I have just now for the 100th time again managed to brush that ******* connector with my leg (I have long legs and I cross/re-cross them often) and managed to knock it loose, resulting in the left side of my desk slowly sliding down as it is no longer bound to the drive on the right. Maybe this system works great with a shorter desk length, but IMovr needs to stop selling the 72" model unless they provide a longer drive connector for that model
I had a terrific experience with Imovr. Customer service was terrific and also love the product.
Very helpful service. The only complaint was putting the desk together. Written instructions had no wording and no link to the online video. Piece on each side that covers motor and is supposed to easily click in wouldn't and had to beat it heavily with a hammer to eventually get it to go down cause it wasn't aligned correctly

Dec 16,2018I researched adjustable-height desks for days before settling on the US made iMovR Freedom. I was impressed by their customer service after ordering samples of their desktop colors and getting a follow up email asking if I had any questions. Why yes, I do! So I called the Rep. Ben with my idea for a transforming kitchen counter. At 4 pm Thanksgiving eve, he was more than willing to take all the time needed to answer questions and arrive at the best option for my project. I made the decision to go with a Freedom base so I could design a custom top. When the base arrived, all the parts were there, along with beautifully done documentation on how to assemble it. We had no issues attaching the oak I purchased for the top. The base is extremely solid and strong. Plugging everything in was a snap and changing height is really quick. I even found a small couch that can be stored underneath it, so I now have a multi-purpose custom kitchen table that functions as a counter/stand up desk/workbench in my semi-tiny home until a dining room table is needed for company or I want to work sitting down. I'm so happy I actually went ahead with my unconventional idea which brings a whole new level of big function to my small space. Well worth the investment!
