Jun 04,2023Contacted Imperial at short notice to get a hospitality package for FA Cup final. The response was quick and they sorted me out straight away. Seats were pretty good too. Very easy to deal with and will defenitely use them again in the future.

Apr 26,2023Spam emails and calls where they don't take a breath to even ask if you're interested in the event. Informed them I am not into sport and do not host corporate events and would like them to stop unsolicited emails and calls. Still emailing despite three requests to stop Why anyone would want to book with an organisation that doesn't listen I do not know! No idea where they got my info from either. Thanks for your reply. Thanks for proving the point of not listening. My post says I've emailed 3 times already. I, along with the majority, do not click unsubscribe links on unsolicited emails as it's a security risk. Perhaps a review of your inbox will help to avoid the OFCOM complaint and the work required from the investigation. Thanks for your reply. I'm not trying remove anything from search engines which is what right to be forgotten is. Thanks for demonstrating once again how informed the personnel are of the processes. Shame I'm still getting the emails despite highlighting in a public forum. You could always inform the company data protection officer to resolve it or just write some other pap and ask me to take some action again with that vast amount of customer service skills we've seen on display here.

Apr 26,2023We booked the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in Nov-22 as a surprise 60th birthday present for my father. I was more than a little reticent due to previous Trust Pilot reviews, but in all honesty the entire experience was exceptional. A very nice young lady named Gee took care of all the booking details in advance and the Imperial Team in-location were incredible - transfers ran seamlessly, the hotel was amazing and Yas Marina is a real sight to behold. I would definitely book with ICE again and highly recommend them. Thanks Gee - you were great!

Mar 28,2023Don't touch Imperial with a barge pole, whilst returning from an event my bag was put on the coach, the driver and the rep then left the coach looking for the remaining passengers leaving all bags unattended. When we got to the airport my bag was gone. It had either been taken from the coach or actually handed to the thief by the coach driver at the airport. When reported to Imperial they didn't really want to know, i had to chase them for a response. It took a week to actually respond and basically i was question whether i actually had a bag? They didn't want to know and have zero customer care. Very Very poor please do not use them. There response from their head of sales was 'we are following procedures and that is that.'

Mar 28,2023Tables too close together I was constantly bumped throughout the afternoon by other clients and staff.Ran out of some drinks with 2 races still to go, I think I.C.E. need to look up the word hospitality.

Mar 27,2023The event was to crowded in the room. No room to walk between tables. The drinks did not include champagne which was an extra charge. Food was good but the wines are at the low quality end of the spectrum which we dont drink.

Mar 23,2023This review concerns a weekend in Dublin for the England/Ireland 2023 6 nations rugby. The ICE arrangements for the flight LHR to Dublin and back were very good. The 2 ICE representatives were delightful and well-organised the travel went without a hitch. The Dublin hotel was well-chosen and very comfortable. The only disappointment was the seating at the match which, being behind the goalposts, provided a poorer view than I had expected. However, I imagine that this resulted in some way from the over 2 year delay in the match taking place!

Mar 22,2023Formula 1 Singapore The main thing for us was that we were able to move our seats so we got a better view, it was a long way to go to just see the back of a car, what would have been even better was to have been able to go into the paddock area or even be close to the start or finish line but that I guess would have been a lot more expensive!! I was just grateful to have the experience of going to see Formula 1 in Singapore!

Mar 21,2023The experience itself was well received and everything ran smoothly. Our clients had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Our only concern was the lack of communication. We would call and leave messages and get no response or a follow up call. We then spent a lot of time chasing up our own phone calls and queries. The whole point is that we do not have to worry about doing this.

Mar 21,2023Mislead when making booking over the phone, booked event based upon Gatwick flights but Imperial backtracked and advised they could only offer Heathrow. Once they had our money they totally changed their tune and ignored our emails and refused to acknowledge, despite recorded phone calls that proved our Gatwick agreement when booking. Staff were rude and sarcastic. We were tricked and mislead so would not trust Imperial again. Ensure when booking, you get everything confirmed by email before making payment as what is discussed on the phone is not necessarily what you will get ! Also note, if booking a group, they do not guarantee everyone will be seated together at the venue, they just book in pairs. Fortunately our group were together. Plus point, decent hotel in Dublin.
