Dec 24,2022Excellent range of detailing products and the prices are very well matched in comparison to other sites in the same category. Delivery is usually next day and delivered by ParcelForce which is good. The reason I have knocked two stars off is that I never get a response to emails I send in which leaves me a bit disappointed after hearing people talk about excellent communication with Imran. It’s a site I have used and will probably use in the future mainly for the quick dispatch and shipping but I have found the customer service aspect a let down.

Dec 17,2022First of all, just want to point out Imran and his shop - In2detailing. Top man. Smashing prices and I got next day delivery on black Friday week! Imran will also always reply in a speedy manor despite having an online shop to run. Really nice guy, and will always look after you. From my latest order, the issue I had was the Garage Therapy Decon shampoo not doing its job and being very unsuccessful at removing a 4 month old spray sealant from Turtle Wax. This is nothing to do with in2detailing or Imran. If you want to buy all your detailing equipment from one place that's fast, reliable and friendly, always trust in2detailing

They stock a huge range many of which are class leading and great value, occasionally items will be out of stock but it's easy to set up an email notification. Dec 06,2022I used this seller on eBay, I ordered something on the 21st of November and selected Royal Mail 48hr service. The item wasn’t even dropped off by the seller at the parcel shop until the 23rd, due to arrive on the 26th. It didn’t arrive for over 2 weeks. Unfortunately the seller used Hermes (Evri). When I enquired I was just given a tracking number and no other assistance. Item arrived too late. I believe the seller does sell good quality items, but unfortunately the service can’t be relied upon particularly with poor customer service when things go wrong. eBay allowed my negative feedback to be removed…make your own minds up on that one
