Nov 11,2022Ok if you don’t need to return. I needed to return part of the order. Return form was declined with no explanation. Had to chase. Was told to send it in with a note. Sent. Received. Been nearly a week. Now chasing for a refund. No response to email chaser. Not my idea of good customer service. Update: finally got a reply and return processed (told gets done once a week on Fri). Not sure if influenced by the negative review. Bumping up a star as all sorted, but still poor communication IMO.

Oct 08,2022After purchasing a mjjc foam cannon stubby gun and hose, after delivery,I stupidly realised I'd ordered a karcher adapter for stubby gun, should have been a 1/4 fitting, contacted imran who without hesitation offered to exchange, within a couple days, new one dually arrived, fantastic, old fashioned, service, highly recommended.
