Aug 10,2022There is a great selection of products at great prices,fast delivery usually next day apart from weekends.the only negative is some products sell out fast and you have to wait a couple of days for them to come back into stock but overall great place to buy your detailing products

Aug 10,2022Super easy to order and very fast delivery. Imran is very accommodating and nothing too much trouble. Their own DA polishers are great for the amateur and not too costly, I got standard one plus mini to do detailed areas. If you are thinking about doing this for your cars you won’t be disappointed with the results. I have just done a 2009 red Suzuki that looked like a dustbin to start (was cheap tho) and it looks amazing now with 3 days of hard work. If you need help on items just email or call, they will always help and give decent advice

Aug 10,2022I ordered a few bits and bobs from in2detailing because they were reasonably priced, and it said next-day delivery - it was dispatched Thursday but arrived on Monday. I emailed to tell them this but never heard back. Ah well – at least it arrived. A bit disappointing, but the real problems began when I got the package open. I ordered a stubby gun with a quick release, and unfortunately, the quick release mechanism was extremely stiff - frankly near unusable. I have had these sorts of guns before and this one was hugely different to my previous ones, requiring excessive amounts of force and you manually having to push the release back up to get the nozzle to bed in properly. I requested a refund for the item as it said to do on the website but did not receive any response for a straight week. At this point, I was annoyed so I called the number listed on the website, where to their credit someone answered and approved the refund. I’ve since sent this item back and it’s been another week of radio silence. I’ve sent a chaser email but I’m fully expecting to have to call them again just to get a refund processed. For a company that says they care about customer service, this isn’t exactly a good look. Edit: I've had a reply on my email, so hopefully the refund can be sorted soon, but I'm still disappointed about the whole palava to get to this point Edit 2: The refund has been processed. It is a shame that the seller is ignoring the other points I raised, and seems to think that I should have to chase them via phone to get the refund opened in the first place, and then again to get it processed. Edit 3: I don't want to waste more time with this seller so this will be my final update. I just want to point out that the website functionality is not my responsibility, and the simple phone call should have been from HIM to resolve the issue, as I had already messaged numerous times on previous occasions that went unanswered. The delivery being delayed can happen but the complete radio silence to that and the return request aren't good customer service at all. I hope that the seller takes the feedback on board.
