Jul 18,2019Sherry was incredibly helpful. She was knowledgable, answered all my questions and was patient as I questioned everything. I had a freeze on my credit report so we couldn't finish up that night. I unfroze it and she called me back the next day as promised.

She was friendly and easy to talk with, and went beyond in any questions that I could not think of. I truly wanted to purchase the plan, yet later after thinking it thru, I decided to wait.
