I have dealt w/lots of different service reps in my life..he out shines them all.! very knowledgeable very helpful..I had the chance to go with another company as I was researching the info I was given by Daniel..I declined..and waited for a call back w/ Daniel..the next day..and I signed up..he is a very valuable employee..keep him at all cost

Jun 06,2019I just moved to Dallas and had to set everything up including of course Internet and TV. When I called Spectrum, I prepared myself because I can’t stand calling any customer service, I cringe. But I talked with a lady named Rachel (I even remember her name, rare for me) and within minutes it was like talking to a friend. I am sure my questions were dumb, but she made me feel like the most important and best customer Spectrum has, not some fungus, and I hadn’t even signed up yet. I hung up after buying everything she had, got a good deal, and felt fantastic about it. The best part is even now after my install, everything she said, everything she promised has happened and she was true to her word. Please tell that lady this ol man says thank you. God bless!

Jun 05,2019Rachel was highly knowledgeable and made this painful task of finding an internet/cable provider very easy. She was very professional and easy to understand. It was hard to focus though, I think it was because of her sexy voice! :)
