May 22,2025I used this company May 20th for a re-inspection of my new build just before the 2yr mark, and I only wish I had found them for my first initial snag now. No stone left unturned and done with so much class and back knowledge of the building industry. A special thanks to Thomas Feeney, super professional, super considerate, super charming and just a great human being, he made the service an enjoyable experience, and you can’t put a price on that, can’t wait to get another snag in the future. They have honestly set a high standard of Service with great value for money, which is always nice considering how much buying a house and all the additional things homeowners have to fork out for. Price was more than fair and I would highly recommend. I’m sure all the team is Fab, but ask for Tom! Oh and I almost forgot, he had all the latest tech from thermal imaging and drone, so your home is getting a good thorough check from top to bottom with meticulous checks and measuring.

May 21,2025I'm currently in the final stages of purchasing a new build house and had the Home Demonstration last Wednesday. It was a bit last minute to organise a snagger to come with but luckily Premier Snag were available on my set date and time. I was also lucky in how my snagger was Brian who had over 50 years experience as a site manager and was very knowledgeable about the whole building process. The survey took around 2.5 hours and i recieved a comprehensive report the following morning. Brian was very nice and preoffessional and gave me resounding peace of mind for my new home. I will highly recommend Premier Snag to anyone who will listen!

May 12,2025Aqib Hussain arrived on time, got down to work immediately and completed the survey of my 4 bedroom detached new-build in 2.5 hours. Took 300+ photographs in the process and inspected every nook and cranny of the property with a fine-toothed comb, not to mention the aerial photography of the roof with a drone. Within 24 hours, sent a very detailed and comprehensive report, running into 70+ pages and pointing out loads of defects that will keep the builder busy for a while. The report is easy to read, concise and self explanatory. I cannot praise Premier Snag enough. The service they provide is absolute value for money. Please go with them, when you want your new-build surveyed. You will be amazed at the amount of defects they dig out .

May 11,2025Had a thorough PCI done by Grace. We had initially booked the inspection during our demonstration day but when the builders said we couldn't have both on the same time slot, Grace was very accommodating to reschedule our inspection. Very confident that we didn't miss any items and this has lifted some of the stress of dealing with a newborn and moving to a new build at the same time! Head office was also very accommodating in changing the package I had booked. Had a great experience with Premier Snag overall.

He was professional and was very thorough with the inside and outside checks. He sent the report early the next day which was detailed, easy to understand and we were able to locate the areas each item belonged to. We would also like get them back to check that all snags have been addressed as we are very confident with the service they provide. Thank you.

Apr 23,2025Visited by Matthew in the morning, he was on time, provided a thorough explanation of the process, listened to my concerns, and then spent the morning doing a thorough inspection. When it came to checking the loft, we discovered that the key was an uncommon type and the site team hadn't left me one, Matthew stayed longer than planned waiting for the site team to bring a key so he could inspect the loft, which is a good thing he did as we discovered a lack of loft insulation! The report turned up next day, and was instrumental in getting snags reported with the builder, to which they agreed to rectify everything. Matthew was friendly and professional, would highly recommend.

Apr 14,2025We had a great experience using Premier Snag to carry out a snagging report of our new home. The report provided was very clear and concise, with clear pictures detailing any defects. The surveyor also carried out a thermal inspection of all windows, doors, walls etc and an inspection using a drone to check roofs, gutters etc, which was a great touch. We're very impressed with how thorough the inspection was and feel it was money well spent to be (hopefully) able to relax and enjoy our new home without stumbling on defects every other day. Its also worth noting that communication leading up to and prior to the inspection was fantastic too. We would definitely use Premier Snag again if we moved.

He started doing his work straight away and looked into minute details.He have found things which we could miss easily as he is a professional. Being first time buyer we are relaxed having the detailed snag report from him.The report was received next day with all pictures included.Highly recommend their service

James did a tremendous amount of work and went above and beyond to check the house thoroughly and explain us everything. The report that he very quickly produced for us was very helpful to discuss the snags with the contractor and covered all the important aspects. We would totally recommend them.

Apr 10,2025I booked a post-completion snagging inspection and was assisted by Brian. From the moment he arrived on site, he got straight to work and wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. His thoroughness was immediately evident - exactly what you want in a snagging inspection. The inspection was detailed and meticulous, covering everything from major issues down to minor cosmetic imperfections - which, as a homeowner, you're absolutely entitled to have addressed. I found the service to be good value compared to other providers. As a first-time homeowner, however, I would have appreciated a bit more guidance on what to expect from the inspection. It would have been helpful to receive a brief summary during or after the process, outlining what the snagger was assessing. Additionally, some insight into what constitutes a genuine snag versus what may be considered overly particular would have been useful - it's not always easy to tell whether you're being rightfully thorough or just nit-picking. Brian confirmed the appointment slot the day before, which I appreciated and came equipped with all the tools he needed for the inspection. If I need another snagging survey done, I'd happily pick PremierSnag again.

We had Thomas Feeney do the inspection - he was friendly and extremely knowledgeable yet was able to explain it all in plain language for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The report itself was ready next day - comprehensive and with lots of pictures, including drone pictures from the top of the house.

Apr 05,2025It was a wonderful experience with Premiersnag, starting with booking and their prompt response. James was thoroughly professional and explained the process at each stage. Used a drone for external review and a thermal scanning for the whole house. Nevertheless his hawks eyes picked up minute issues. Very professional and highly recommended, also value for money.

May 22,2025Tom came to inspect my new-build house and spotted loads of snags I’d never have noticed myself. He was friendly, super thorough, and explained everything clearly without any jargon. The report he sent was detailed but easy to understand, and it really helped me get the builder to sort things properly. Totally worth it, would 100% recommend Tom if you want peace of mind with your new home.
