Jul 18,2024Disappointed in the service I was unable to get my daughters iPad repaired after accidental water damage because my item was bought via eBay even though it was a vat registered store which is what my policy said was acceptable so I assumed there would be no issue. Very upset I have been paying for no cover as this wasn’t made very clear. The website boasts that it’s better than using apple protect but I would have been better off using apple protect instead. I would say I feel very misled on my policy as many shops sell via eBay like curry’s or Argos where you would buy these items normally. I personally purchase through eBay as it keeps a clear record of purchases in one place, better than foraging though emails.
