Jul 06,2024Insurance will not pay once phone lost. They Have used “reasonable precaution” clause to reject claim for my son whose phone was stolen in school. We take insurance for our young people because they lack experience to protect their belongings like an adult will do. The company expect a 15 years old to be as responsible with phone as 40 years old. They took all monthly premium until the claim day, when they reject citing flimsy reasons. I have lodged complaints with financial ombudsman after they dismissed my official complaint. Just be careful, shop wisely. I fell into a trap and warn others not to be victims
